If Hope /YA and Outrider prove to be guilty of share manipulation then is there a case for shareholders to sue the buggers for all their worth as this must have cost shareholders some losses at the very least. Hope obviously only has his own pockets to fill as he tried before to shaft shareholders with dodgy dealings. If proved guilty I hope they throw the book at them and compo forthcoming to all shareholders. Unlikely I know but you can dream. Let the truth be known!!

Sorry next day cancelling's

I say again you cant just cancel trades once dealt , normal trading rules are T+2 were they not cancelling the same day in most cases ? in which case they were not failed to deliver trades. To have a share swop you would need a buyer and seller , here we have sales and then cancelled so therefore no buyer , dont make sense to me..sorry.

Does seem like it ,can't see anyone else being involved really , whoever or whatever something dodgy was going on and does seem like a play to suppress the price . Lets hope its all done now and upwards we go for all our sanity's. GLA
