Understand everybody,s feelings here most of us in the same boat. I think we still need to give Zaza chance to pull this round without attacking the board at the moment. We want him to do the best for all of us so now is not the time to attack him. Should this go completely tits up then yes time to take action.
Hope needs to be put away for continually undermining this Company with a whole list of dirty tricks and total disregard for shareholders and some decent people on here. Not sure how long but feel we could still be ok in time. GLA

Your still a shareholder in Frontera but any trading is probably not possible unless they engage a broker to provide matched trades service. This happened with Matra Pet via Jenkins from memory but not much was done and eventually took it down. After quite a while they relisted on the AEX and continue to trade albeit in Swedish Krona. You may get a certificate sent to you from the registrar showing your holding , so still a shareholder unless Hope takes us out then your certificate becomes worthless. Until then we are still in the game but cant really trade in or out very easily. Fingers crossed

This may be all part of the plan because behind all this shite the court case needs clearing up before we relist otherwise like people have said many times the share price will be hammered. Now if the court case goes our way and we do have a big gas/oil field that the majors are interested in then who's to say a deal has not already been thrashed out and cash offer made ?? there will be no need to relist as BP can just pay us the cash , anything between 15p and 50p ??
Ok someone had to put a positive spin on this. Court case most important now , get this settled and I think we will be ok in due course. Would like to hear more from Zaza though about what else is going on , but may be difficult to disclose without showing his hand at this crucial point. All is not dead yet... GLA

Valuation yes but they still have value , it’s unfortunate those with ISA holdings but guess they may run out of time to appoint new Nomad , however if we win the court case they will relist very soon me thinks as guess new nomad won’t waste time if we lose this case and Outrider take over. We are in court let’s hope Hope gets his jail sentence , he deserves it for trying to nick my shares..a hole. GLA

Just confirmation of what we already know , confirming de-list actions and loss of tax isa accounts. Possible certs to be issued if no Nomad enlisted before cut off date.

HotT Why are you such an idiot with such stupid ideas , it will be what it will be and I for one think we will be ok even if a Nomad is not appointed in time , I trust in Zaza and SN currently to sort this mess and you need to stop wetting yourself . Sorry H but you are wrong lots of companies relist all depends on the situation , in our case there is good reason and unless this court case goes pete tong then I am sure we will relist very soon. Even if we delist your shares are still yours and have some value. Some companies will set up a dealing facility to match trades off , not ideal but at least something. They may even re-list on another exchange in the future once things have cleared up and we are on level playing field , if thats ever possible with this Company. GET IT !!

You do not lose your shares if this is delisted, you are still the shareholder and owner of said shares. Not getting a Nomad by the date is not the end, they can relist any time they wish and not rush into the Nomad appointment. We can stay suspended which may be the better course until the court action has been sorted , then relist under a better market condition and orderly trading. No need for this scaremongering state the facts.

Losing a packet on these babies and yes Maxim has a good reputation although may be tarnished now , his last company he built up and sold at a tidy profit for shareholders. Pulled out of Russia and now in texas I believe , still hoping he will create another valued company in time and flog it off. Not much chance of getting anything substantial back me thinks. they were delisted for quite some time cant remember exactly think about a year , but of course different circumstances to Frontera.

Maybe he has done a Lord Lucan and gone into hiding , didn’t fancy prison food. Not sure what defence he can come up with , hopefully none. Company update would be good re plans on Nomad and update on talks, we can dream.

Here’s hoping for a better year and for Frontera to deliver all that gas and oil , reserves booked , Hope, outrider gone for good and we finally have a level playing field and normal market trading , shorters gone away to attack next victim.
