Had shares in Matra which delisted and re-listed on the Swedish exchange , did take some time but they had a re-org subdivision and ended up with less shares , now trading at dismal price. Still awaiting sell off in due course as they did previously. Frontera delisting for different reasons and once sorted (if sorted) then no other reason why trading dont start again soon together with CC over. If as said that ground works are going well and we get the funding then all will be good. Lots to come yet , first up HOPE.

Don't under estimate the contacts that SN has in this business and the Atlantic Council , sure a deal will be done and 2019 could? be our year and finally get rid of the parasites. Be great if we could just be a normal Company trading on an even platform each day with regular accurate updates where we are and what we are producing . We can dream.

I have to disagree , do you really think that they would be put off by a court action ,? they are in it for the gas and oil potential and have seen enough to be involved. They want in so unless they are secretly doing a deal with Outrider to buy the assets , then this i would think not be an issue for them. All these problems would have been known to the entity's involved , they could have walked weeks ago , instead they have offered $60m to help pay off debt subject to DD of course. I remain positive although luck has not been with me this year for lots of reasons.

Shares suspended to keep orderly market and give time for the Company to clear the decks and reopen in due course (jan) at a much higher price with funding in place and confirmation of BP on board. Well that’s my dream let’s hope it comes true as this has been a nightmare year.GLA

At the end of the day if BP are heavily involved now ,surely a small outfit like OR would just be an irritant to them and come to some deal with FRR to get rid , they will only be interested whats in the ground (lots) so with BH and BP on board with potential funding from 3rd party (BP?) to pay off debt and provide investment going forward into 2019.

So even if we lose this case and can provide assurances that the debt will be paid we still have a game changer here in my view. GLA Lets hope tomorrow brings some clarity with an informed RNS to stop all this guesswork.

Mole am I missing something here , assuming YA pre sold there invalid allocation then yes they would need to borrow shares to satisfy market deliveries , so therefore all these 5m 's would need to be buys not sales when clearly they are sales and usually in the thin trading volumes we are seeing then the MM's are just balancing there position each day. They will try to keep a flat book on all AIM stocks unless privee to exclusive info. the risk to them is not something these kind of MM's would be allowed to take. Therefore who is selling at a constant rate of 5m plus a day.??

I do know actually as worked in a brokers/market makers for 34 years so know a bit thx.

Only guessing of course but could it not be Outrider's clients whereby they have been buying for some time via Outrider as part of their investment strategy hoping that they would get the company on the cheap and potentially make their clients a lot of dosh. Now squeaky bum time if they get hefty fines and get to pay us compo , thus their fund could be greatly reduced and clients not happy and hopefully fold the Company. Serve the dodgy geezers right.

Not wishing to advise anyone but would think if there is to be a deal outside of court then would have thought it would be finalized this weekend. If we get any kind of settlement in our favour then we could open up positive on Monday morning , this then could lead to a flurry of RNS's we have been waiting for.
