Think they are trying to tell us something that our resource is so big it needs lots of time ,money and legal docs to sort before we go boom with a consortium of big players. In the meantime Hope needs to be got rid of and the debt off our backs before we slip into gear and speed past all other competitors in the field. BP would not bother looking into an empty box and Hope would not be busting a gut to get it either by crooked methods. Hopefully when it happens it will be huge and create a rush on yachts and Spanish villas for us all.........Ramp....yes

1:100 consolidation 150m in issue
New shares issued at 30p plus (hopefully) to participating institutions now that BP are on board ? amount of share issued anybody's guess.
who knows what the plans are but if we are looking at a JV with BP and branching out big time in the other countries then we would need lots of cash , thus a placing/IPO may be the way to go ?

It would result in dilution but after consolidation, but would expect it to be a favourable dilution as the monies would /could be used in JV/FO possibilities , Moldova, Ukraine exploration. Still expect share price to far exceed what we delisted at as I guess much has been going on in the background. An IPO would be dilution as we already have a share register.
Who knows ?? we are all guessing what will happen cos we are all bored with the wait.GLA

Dont think there will be an IPO but the relisting (should it happen) could include extra cash raise re placing of shares hopefully with Institutions wanting a piece of the pie having announced BP inclusion. And agree will probably include a consolidation of current issued shares. Very hard to price anything at the moment with no data to go on. Will be glad when its sorted one way or the other , might get some sleep then.

To all those people updating the court data and giving their opinions, much appreciated.

If this goes in our favour I am guessing a mother of all updates will follow shortly after.

Any experts out there on Private Company Law re shareholders calling for an EGM and request resolution to expel Hope from the board ? too much to hope for I guess. Correct, did try and get copy of register once but was told to contact the company , thought these were open for public viewing , but not this one. I think the registrar will stay in place as FRR will not want to take on this job internally unless of course there is no intention to re-list then they may have to.
If you already have a certificate then you can check this holding directly with the registrar , nominee holders cant and have to have confirmed by the broker who does reconcile his stock balance directly with Crest (lse) who balance with the Registrar. Each client of the broker will have a unique customer code within their nominee holding.

Just to be clear shorters positions will also be transformed to the new amounts and will only need to buy back the consolidate amount not the original amount as some people seem to think. If they borrowed stock to deliver their short sale there would be an open stock loan which would also be consolidated , thus an open SL for say 1000 shares would become a 100 shares upon a 10:1 cons basis.

Anyone with actual cert holdings will be issued with new company cert
Electronic holdings will be transformed in Crest into new Company.
New company name will rid any stigma attached to Frontera
New company relists at say 35 p per share and quickly rises due to excitement of BPBH involvement
Whole new drilling program and infrastructure planned to accelerate Georgia being self sufficient

Start in earnest a push into Moldova led by ZM
SN retired to spend all his money travelling the world with Atlantic Council and giving erm speeches.

Dont think much difference than if listed , it will help make them more serious share to institutions , reduce number of shares in issue and thus number of shareholders in theory. Wont really make any difference to us as the value hopefully stay the same or if coupled with good news may even go up. I would personally expect a higher ratio of maybe 100:1 cons , share price at 28p , with no news to accompany this the share price will drop as in a lot of cases. But with good news and JV with BP/BH/FRR then relist in higher market thus attracting lots of institutional buying , boom , ta ra shorters , burnt off. Fingers crossed.

I think they would need to offer a price per share say 5p and that would be paid to all shareholders on the register with possible add ons that ZM gets seat on BPGeorgia / Moldova etc many combos in play , lets just hope we are included.
I am guessing they will still pay for a registrar to process any holdings for a while at least , unlikely to take it in-house.
Another option would be the offer (if any) could contain both shares and cash or either or , either way I would be happy.
