New Uncle you may well be right at the moment, but for sure it's not dog. Not sure the DCG model is suitable for analysing DVRG as the their disruptive/collaborative business model is different from more traditional businesses.

Fgp have stated dividends will be reinstated within 12 month's. Do not think we will get anything in second half of this FY unless we get a special dividend, most likely via greyhound asset sell off but not holding my breath. The earnout special dividend may be later but you never know. What happens to the SP in the interim is anyones guess but II's in general seem to be supportive of FGP which in turn will suppport the SP in the coming years.

Using the boston matrix I would suggest DVRG is more of a star than a dog!

The RNS re royalty mentioned that this would also increase production from these fields. Does anyone have any idea what this is likely to be?

Pyueck you may well be right, FGP had/has a significant chunk held by II's.

Do not recall GB saying we would be profitable in 21 or 22 as growth is priority. In order to grow you need additional resources wether that be people or cash. I will be very interested in the segmental growth figures for 21 but that is sometime away. As l have said before if a fund raise is required to produce more growth then I would happily participate, nobody can expect growth levels of the kind DV have had and will have next year to be done without expanding resources. Anyway happy days.

I tend to agree, if you are looking longer term now is a good time to buy. RTN has wagama as it's jewel in the crown (albeit expensive!) and when normality returns it will do very well. The remainder of the estate is also profitable having closed less profitabilty outlets, so all good in my book may even get a reinstatement if dividend, hopefully next year.

The Bank of America RNS re holdings does anybody understand the swaps? I have asked this question before on another board EZJ but no response! Also the final RNS Aberdeen have they lent share out for shorting purposes as never seen that before either!

Interesting discussion and it is all speculation, however the H1 results did not include the £3m order as they are to be shipped in H2 so are not in accounts (by my reckoning!), I also doubt much of the £2m is either (but who knows) which begs the question what is H1 made up of. The interims do not show the segmental breakdown for each division so you need to go back to the finals (note 5) to see Labskin did circa £3.4m last year so a lower base for comparisons. How much Labskin is in H1 results is anybodies guess but I doubt we will get the same growth rate as last year and STC is only kicking in but sure we will get some growth, my bet 50%. Still confident we are moving in right direction and we will continue to grow year on year although sure it will not be a smooth ride.

That's now 4 RNS's re holdings (3 today) re II's increasing their holdings which shows they have confidence in future. Not sure why we have not seen one re Coast as thought they were getting out completely, unless the statement in tender RNS is sufficient?

NQM I am no expert in deciding what is good value and a strategic fit for PMG I will leave that to the board to determine.

Oil production will continue for many years to come as, oil will be needed in the transitional period to achieving climate targets and afterwards. The questions are what levels of oil usage is needed in the medium to long term and beyond, can you secure supplies in an increasingly protectionist world and what price will it cost. Both UK and Scottish Governments know this. The end is not nigh for the north sea oil business and sure TC will take advantage if price is right!

Nice uptick I wonder if institutional investors (II's) buying back in or the new one increasing holding. We will find out in next day or so if it is II's or private investors!

I will hold my remaining shares for the time being in anticipation of dividend reinstatment, a challenge I know, also special dividends for earnout and greyhound asset sales. Wether or not I reinvest the tender funds is the question outstanding and I am in wait and see mode!

Northscot I am already invested. For me the question for me is when I should add. I am not convinced SP will move significantly up in the coming months so can afford to wait. I originally invested in EZJ for their healthy dividends and the return of these look some way off, not to make a quick buck on daily/weekly SP movements. Everyone has their own strategy for investing and whilst I may not make a fortune I am happy with mine!
