Re misleading statements, not sure there is anything to investigate from reading the RNS's. ODX were always quite clear the £374m was not an order for LFT's! It was the UK government who were to supply the test to be manufactured and as we know that did not happen.

TST are certainly winning new business on a regular basis and retaining existing clients. They now have a profitable and very cash generative business moving forward. This raises the question of what next, grow in an expanding market, via a complementary acquisition and/or stay organically? New product development? Will they pay dividends? Think the next year will see a bit of clarity re these questions!

ODX stopped developing allergy testing in 2020 to focus on covid with a significant write off of thier development expenditure. Re CD4 the USP is that it is a LFT and there are no others available as far as I know, it also has WHO approval.

Not a bad update. Bit of a risk that support not agreed yet for after 1st April for buses in England but sure it will happen. They seem pleased that greyhound liabilities have been de-risked and asset sales seem ahead of expectations both in terms of value and speed.

I bought odx long before Covid! I have stuck with them since 2014 through many of the fund raises and placings. Indeed l was unhappy with the placing a few years back but heyho. Like it or not the plan if it comes (big if) to fruitation will mean they may turn a profit next year. I am sure they did not want yo get rid of the alva site however this is necessary to cut costs and protect staff also avoids significant restructuring costs. Yes it may all go t.ts up but that is investing you pays your money and takes your choice.

Did they not say they have order for £800k cd4 tests in second half! ODX is now a non covid stock thankfully so they can concentrate on core revenues. Plenty made money from Odx given the numbers of times shares churned in the last 23 months. The directors who sold were those leaving ex chair and cfo. CK did not do well. Perhaps a look at RNS's rather than bb's may be of more use from research point of view! The presentation may answer a lot of questions genuine investors have.

MNZS has a number of loyal institutional and major private holders who hold a significant chunk of the business, so suspect they will be informing the BoD as to agreement price! I have no idea how this will play out but suspect if no other bidder declares shortly, bid maybe withdrawn. The 510p does not fully value the potential future earnings of MNZS imv.

I will not be voting no and will take up offer shares. Yes it is a risk but board are investing via subscription shares and recovery plan looks reasonable imv. It may take a year or so but suspect SP will improve over time and I can wait.

There is no doubt that shipping goods by sea is currently unreliable, compared to previously and now a lot more expensive. As such air freight now much more competitive for many products. MNZS are well placed to take advantage.
