Sold out last week. I could now buy back in cheaper, but I wont. Since then, 15% on I3E, 7% on EQT, 15% BIFFA. 5% CWR. 10% VLX.
Really think this share was brining me bad luck, or at the very least tying my money up (Wasting opportunity).
There are other shares out there people.
Check out I3E. under 15p still a good entry. Dividend just confirmed.

Also had to do a few LFT's at places I visit, cant see them switching away from the 'NHS ones' now personally.
Once I heard WQ had increased there short, I knew the price would come back down. Yes could have rode it a few more days, but not worth the risk. Read about any of those shares I mention, so much less risk, and no MM games as they are not based on sentiment. All have great broker targets. However good NCYT is, sometimes you have to throw the towel in to move on.

Many single digit trades, so all is not what it seems. I only had a tiny stake here, so sold and took profit before the chance was gone. If it retraces, I will buy back. All depends what happens to AP this week.

13M worth of buys yesterday, look at the volume for the 22nd. Might see a TR1 soon?

The Shorters know how sentiment driven this share is, easy money today I should think. But as I said in another post, the low price cant be justified much longer, II's will start to buy, value investors will be here cooing over the PE, Motley fool will be saying its time to buy Novacyte... Lol.
Shorters days numbered. Cant really go much lower (without new news). Actually not in a bad place right now. Now is the time to buy IMO.

I think the institutions may start buying. Cant expect a huge rise on the day of results - who would be buying?
I have a few decent Ftse 250 companies that are just taking off after a few weeks from results. Im sure the II's need time to crunch numbers and plan a a strategy (which most retail do not do). I am happy wait and see where we are in 6 or so weeks - very high chance it will be higher. Plus you have the opportunity to buy some more probably close to £3 this week. Just play the game.

I think the VAT will still have to be paid if the dispute settles in the DHSC favour as it is a warranty issue, so the sales are not cancelled.

Was just going to ask if anyone had an idea why the price is rising today. This share is very leaky IMO, maybe news inbound?

As far as I know the note from Numis is not in the public domain, so few people will be able to read it?

This share has other problems than just the company trading and results. Most people sat on a loss, Shorts open, etc.
ITs going to take a few weeks for the share price to begin to connect with reality in my opinion. If the DHSC dispute was resolved favourably, then that would burn shorts very quickly. If not, then its going to be a very slow rise. Im happy to hold now. Seems to have plenty of upside - Numis broker note £5+, chance of the DHSC scratch card win. Covid getting worse.

There wasnt anything bad in the RNS. But shorts etc have an incentive to go hard today as they need to start to get out.

Drop on open, slight climb and close at £3.80. Results broadly as expected. Guidance weak / foggy. Leaving Bourse for AIM.

Publishing the accounts a week early is very positive for what ever the reason. I doubt it will be the DHSC dispute is completely solved, it could be that they have made some progress. These things are obviously complex, and it doesn't boil down to a yes or a no on a particular day.

I really hope they leave the Bourse, even just to AIM would be better.

There is another factor at PUR too: I sold straight away yesterday to lock in my profits, because in reality I am still at a loss here due to holding through the fall in Q1. Bitter memories of not being able to sell this iliquid share too. As Trek says, there are plenty of options, I am looking more at uk manufacturing and retail businesses now. If anything, id buy copper miners who all went over sold yesterday, thanks to the enemy in the east.

Reading the RNS, and the positions she has held, I would say she has earnt her credentials. Chair of the Adaptation Committee of the Climate Change Committee and a member of the BEIS Hydrogen Advisory Council. I think people will know where she stands on these issues, with or without Ceres Power. Turning that on it's head, if their was any conflict of interest, I don't think she would have taken the position. She doesn't seem short of opportunities.

8 weeks on Thursday since we had a market update, which told us that our exports were suspended.

"is not expected to have a material impact on the Company's short term cash flow projections, which envisage an ongoing investment program in Burundi to fully define the opportunity for a large-scale commercial mining operation" - They need to re-assess whether its sensible to keep operations running (burning cash), or even whether future investment in sensible.
Keeping operations suspended could be a strategy to run down cash at RBW in order to acquire this at a cheap price. In this scenario, share holders are footing the bill by lost return on investment, or worse initial stake. Currently running Burundi is at our expense. There must come a point where it is sensible to give up or at least change strategy on Burundi.

Obviously George is in charge, but his lack of information or updates on the situation, does start to raise these concerns and rightly so. I cant see how in this situation no news can be good news.
