Replying to Soder, If no progress is made with the dispute, then the accounts will let us see the extent of the problem, and im sure there would be some mention of what the issue is. At that point, (I think it was you that said) we know the worst case scenario, then the price can react accordingly. I think any other statement prior to that wont give enough info. There might be a suitor out there who could buy the company at such a discount that they then could just write the loss off and the drop the dispute.
My next set of concerns are:
1A - Delayed accounts again because no progress is made.
1B - Suspension.
2 - Delayed accounts due to failure to audit them in time, this has just happened at Biffa, and Invinity Energy. Basically the auditors (who must have their feet up working form home) are now saying that Covid is making it hard to get the audits done in time.
I think 2 is quite likely, given Auditors need to follow the trail of the money, and be able to prove up all the statements of the company.
