The trouble with all these estimates and calculations is that they are very one sided, just money in. What about estimates for money out?

I noticed the large transaction, but I have not been able to sell on several days now, including today. I only had £1000 worth so its not a mega trade. The RNS is too vague for me, full of might's and maybe's. Would have been a great RNS if he could have named a company or provided something a bit firmer. The only fact in the RNS was that he could not close a deal with Galp. I would have thought that Sav / Galp deal would be best here. They are probably waiting for the EAI as well, knowing that DA wont get anywhere until then.

ShearClass, its not nice to be in a shorted stock, but those guys played a blinder IMO. Were all hear to make money, and that they did. Very simple thesis, from public info partly from NCYT and partly from the index. Must have been fairly easy for them.
Hopefully those that topped up every day for the last month will make some coin too.

Only up 2% on Aim though. Probably one of these funds buying in off the back of the microcap index

Soder, I think you have a very good analytical mind. Im surprised you would just brush off the ideas I am proposing.
Nothing is straight forward here. We all agree some kind of game is being played. How are the accounts a sure thing?

The auditing, I would guess would take 4 weeks, so the accounts must be finalised NOW. No RNS about dispute, so hopefully the accounts have gone off to the auditor with a big hole in them. This is about the best case I can muster.

Every time I though it was a sure thing with NCYT, i have ben proved wrong.

Replying to Soder, If no progress is made with the dispute, then the accounts will let us see the extent of the problem, and im sure there would be some mention of what the issue is. At that point, (I think it was you that said) we know the worst case scenario, then the price can react accordingly. I think any other statement prior to that wont give enough info. There might be a suitor out there who could buy the company at such a discount that they then could just write the loss off and the drop the dispute.

My next set of concerns are:
1A - Delayed accounts again because no progress is made.
1B - Suspension.
2 - Delayed accounts due to failure to audit them in time, this has just happened at Biffa, and Invinity Energy. Basically the auditors (who must have their feet up working form home) are now saying that Covid is making it hard to get the audits done in time.

I think 2 is quite likely, given Auditors need to follow the trail of the money, and be able to prove up all the statements of the company.

Already holding enough to benefit from any news that might drop. Why would you buy more in a down trend. Be cheaper day by day. Beware of the regulars constantly topping here, its contrary to any sensible investment advice, and an extremely poor entry. I think we could high 2's soon, forward predicting based on current behaviour of company and market. I'm sure they will all post another round of topping up at that point ;)

I honestly think their intention is to supress the share price. Its been like that since January.

I bought in yesterday at 124.9. That was one of the best purchases I have made recently. Makes up for losing money on them 12 months or so back. Got shaken out around the £1 level if memory serves. Makes up for everything else being red today LOL.

I think BP, said £3.60 next support. He didn't predict it would get there, he just said where the support is. At £3.60 that's not quite 3 for a tenner, but a stonkin buy none the less. Personally I find his posts quite knowledge and much needed contrast to the £54 crew.
This is over done due to shorters, the only way to beat them is to buy buy buy. I think any buy at £4 or under is going to provide a return in the not to distant future. CWR also being shorted well under its recent placing price right now, grab a bargain from these scum bags.
