Interesting that today has so much focus on Block and Crypto. TSL do not own any shares in Block yet, or Afterpay, and will be voting on accepting the deal later in the month. Think this could be quite a wild ride IMO, with many twists and turns. Ned has a huge interest in this being a good deal. Is it possible, the deal could get rejected, and a better offer received? There must come a point when this needs to be reconsidered. I recall many posts saying that the longer the deal took to conclude the better it was for TSL. Worth a punt at 49p for something that only 6 months ago was worth near £1.60 per share.

Is there a chance that the BOD declines the deal now, and asks for a little more, due to devaluation of the Block shares?

This is all down to the drop in BTC today. Again a little research would explain why that isnt a huge problem.

Been here and buying since April 21. (Cant remember how I found it now, but it was when the Doc was here). Buying from 8p. Found Tonys and most other posts very helpful, especially the calculations. GLA.

Worth remembering: SASA mine is in Macedonia, so should only be Kounrad affected. Kounrad appears to be in the middle of no-where, so might be unaffected. Reminds me of when riots in SA, and SLP was not affected due to distance. It might be that operations can continue, local workers still want to work. Possibly stock pile the Copper, until all blows over. Could get an RNS to that effect tomorrow.

Regarding them de-listing, this would require 75% approval. Cant see that being voted for if the deal is poor as suggested. There is also currently 14% held by funds, which would most likely vote no to a bad deal.

BTC up 2% today - $47500, heading back toward $50k and the 50MA, which most are saying will be very bullish.
Block out of the Blocks also up 3% today still trading near to the TSL deal price, currently $166.

30th Sept, BTC was trading at $43800, so up around 10% at todays prices.

TSL - Let it low, let it low, let it load up.

IMO, the shares in Block have a lot of upside, so its not hard to see the total TSL assets here north of 100m fairly quickly. If things go well this year, a SP target of £1.00 is not unreasonable. This is my only Fintech and Crypto exposure, happy to buy at a discount with little downside. I dont think there is much to discuss about Ned or TSL anymore, I think the discussion should be all about Block.

The average broker consensus for Block is $290. Even the lowest target is above the current SP.

Carcosa61 Thankyou for clarifying the Ned position. I had read the presentation and not realised that it is only from Clearpay.
Had it been from TSL that would have been quite troubling. Much happier. Will re-read later. Is this every one else's understanding too?
