Thee Duke - that would be appreciated because the way I read that is they are contracted to develop and could potentially lose the contract also….. but my knowledge isn’t as broad as some.

The new funding allows for SatoshiPay to be contractually retained to continue to develop Pendulum blockchain.

Does this mean satoshi pay don’t own the pendulum blockchain and are only contracted to work on it?

Definitely strange as I think a lot of those trades toward the end of the day where buys….. looking at the price that is anyway.

T-minus 2 days…… can’t see anything other then the proverbial hitting the fan….. Suzy was just covering herself and the company with the RNS on the 17th.

The buy price went up though coz I just did a dummy buy and it was more expensive than a few minutes before your buy.

DeFi (real DeFi) will be kept out of MiCA scope after lengthy negotiations.

The commission will publish a separate report in 2023 & launch a dedicated pilot project for a new form of "embedded DeFi supervision".

This is good.

3/5 For now, the EU Commission seems on a reasonable path. It wants to

• exclude DeFi from its MiCA regulation
• continue studying DeFi & publish a report assessing the need for legislative action
• launch a pilot project for a new form of "embedded DeFi supervision"

It talks about defi not being included as yet but you can 100 guarantee regulation will come to defi sooner rather than later.

The RNS was put out to cover their arse when it goes Pete Tong next week :-(
