I paraphrased her first email into my own words and the second email I cut a small section out a pasted it here to clarify a point others have been making and to bolster confidence.

I’ve been silent here for a few months because ultimately these boards are far from constructive in anyway shape or form! Boy I can’t say I’ve missed looking at what people are and have been posting here or engaging with other investors.

If it’s not PM2022 chirping on about an imminent deal that still hasn’t materialised or claiming he can evaluating other investors from a few comments on a chat board it’s Iceman888 and his hypocritical posting behaviour.

If you check my post re THX funding…. I did not post the exact content of an email I posted what Suzy had told me which I paraphrased into my own words, which she reiterated is nothing new to the market!

Not meaning to be rude but honestly I SERIOUSLY don’t care what other people think of me and my posts! As I said to PM2022 on Friday check yourself at the door because I honestly don’t care bro.

I’m here for one reason and one reason only and that is to bolster confidence and not moan or ***** about matters!

Just for clarification… I haven’t posted the content of emails sent between me and Suzy because as I’ve stated twice THESE ARE PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS IN MY OPINION.
I’ve posted a small snippet of a conversation with the intent of try to bolster confidence in our SH’s.

Mate ask Suzy yourself yeah would be my best advice.

Personally I posted to help build confidence nothing more.

As per my posts I have recommended any SH that wants clarification to seek it from the organ grinder not the monkey :-)

I think your point about shifting focus away from 201 for SH is spot on.

In my correspondence with Suzy yesterday she basically said THX will take whatever time it takes and we (SH and Val BOD) have plenty of other things to focus on now.

So my advice would be…. Be patient focus on the positivity we have and look ahead :-)

I posted that part as I say to address that specific argument.

I won’t post more because as I said for my previous one it’s private essentially and if anyone wants to know ask her yourself.

Other than that I don’t care what people think about my posts!

Guys that is a snippet of a massive reply she sent me….

I asked her to specify how long and how far and how much thereomrx are raising and where they are but she said she can’t give detail’s because it will compromise the deal and any future negotiations Val would have in the future with a partner so give her a break.

After talking to her today I am totally confident it will come good we just have to be patient….

So my advice is….. be patient.

Suzy replied again. I will copy this part of her email but no more because this covers a viewpoint many have raised.

There we have it. If they don’t complete she will find another partner.

I am still concerned even after what she said.

Because why would you keep a partner on board despite them being the right one for the job if they can’t pay their way and within her own admission she says they don’t have and money but she does say they are invoicing them for time that can be paid once they have financing in place.

As a small business owner it’s never good business to allow customers to build up a debt, no guarantee of ever getting paid.

In my business if customers don’t pay on time they are sent packing.

I’ve asked her this question and I’ll await her reply. I’ll let you know what she says :-)

Unfortunately I will not upload her email here due to the fact I view it as a private email. Anyone can ask her the same as I did this morning.

She says she is confident in the team and to wait on the deal, but obviously she can’t make it happen any quicker.

Be patient folks.

So I got a reply from Suzy.

Essentially Theroemrx don’t have any money as they are a start up so can’t pay anything and that is why the deal hasn’t concluded yet plus the £10k a month figure isn’t accurate but was pulled from the cenkos report and people have ran with it. She said it’s a variable amount depending on works completed that month. She reiterated Val know exactly the progress and are happy and that therm are the best for the job.

The concerns being raised are very valid.

Suzy needs to take note of them.

Other people have their own agenda which is why when anyone expresses an opinion or concern contrary to their agenda they make personal attacks on them or what they perceive to be an inadequate level of knowledge or viewpoint.

Most likely because these individuals are invested heavily at a high price and they don’t like any other opinion or viewpoint being expressed contrary to the agenda they have.

So yes it’s all agenda driven!

And for further clarification if anyone thinks that comments on a chat board are going to influence anyone’s investments in a company then they may need to get their thinking checked out because the vast majority of investors probably don’t even look at chat boards and they certainly don’t take investment advice from them!

PM2022 let me give you one piece of advice concerning me. You don’t know who I am mate so don’t even for one minute imply I can not think for myself yeah based off a few comments on a chat board. Keep your opinions in relation to what you think of other people’s thinking abilities and what level or knowledge they may or may not have to yourself yeah buddy!

I have taken the opportunity this morning to email Suzy and express the concerns that are being expressed here and I’ve also asked Suzy to read the boards here.

We need some solid clarification now from Suzy not just her word for it.
