Waynesmith - Adam is a bigger holder than Nick. He could do the same but he hasn’t.

Some holders see long term gains others are after a quick fix.

Whatever a holders objective is it is their decision to make.

This deal is insanely good and I think late 2023 we will see real progress and decent results.

I own this and Val and I am more excited about this than Val. That’s not to say I don’t feel happy with Val because I do.

If Nick wants to sell that’s his choice. It is frustrating that one holder can move the stock so much but that’s shares for ya. I think personally Nick has lost some faith in Val and he is sending a message!

Shield have been doing a good job in my opinion and they have done a stellar job getting this deal done with viatris.
