Capita’s latest valuation update edges its fair value estimate up from £4.96 to about £5.09 per share, even as long term revenue growth assumptions are trimmed from roughly 1.44% to 1.31% a year. This combination reflects growing confidence in Capita’s streamlined, public sector focused model and a slightly lower perceived risk profile. The discount rate has eased from around 11.38% to 10.81% as balance sheet visibility improves. I think aim puts an order in at the price he is trying to get to ,does a few trades indicating to the short who is reading his trades, shorts it on the way down gets his order filled then sells after it goes up .
