RE: 2,497,467 extra shares for Adolfo .... Why no RNS?18 Jan 2025 11:24
The only way the share price would appreciate if capita executes it's £250m saving assuming it's annualised with minimal debt. Continue to grow margin towards 8% which is just under 200% increase from 3%. If they can show they can grow with product offering backed by government AI contracts. Continue to reduce property, rent/lease. Then at market cap of £225m would look silly. Even with revenue at £2.2billion with margin of 8% is £176million.. which is why i think this is one of the most watched stock. The question always hangs, will they deliver. It is worth noting, when £160m saving was announced, they set a profit margin target around 8%. Since, the savings have increased to £250m with medium term margin target still remaining at 8%. Once legacy loss making contract falls off, which is eating up profits. I would take drop in revenue any day on loss making contracts. It may reduce revenue but with the new saving target, margin could be higher than what's targeted which is when you see 40s and 50s and beyond. Imho which is why I'm here and am sure many are too imho
