However, if that IS the case, surely this smacks of a failure to manage logistics? We would have anticipated the need or more transport - a simple RNS to inform the market their plan to increase the transport would prevent the concern wouldn't it?

This is good to hear (additional barge capacity) - I wonder what the comparable investment cases look like for Petroperu ie. investing in Pipeline maintenance/protection vs purchase/maintain additional barge capacity.
