Do we still think ONP is critical? Given:
- Manolo expanding export routes - possible to keep pace with desired output?
- Dry season mitigation being developed via trunking depots
- ONP offers lower netbacks & delayed payment
- Propensity for ONP to go offline with our oil trapped inside, unsold!
ANIC is at 3 year lows - i've been watching that dog for years. Well done if you bought it at the bottom - or what you hope is the bottom......
A Withholding tax of 25% is imposed unless you provide the correct form(s) to your broker that enables you to have that reduced to 10% per the UK treaty shown on this link:

Does this share normally turn over more value in stocks than its Market Cap??
Yep - all in now
Not Yet - Hargreaves Lansdown
Not yet - i find mine appears in my bank account rather than in my broker account
On the cusp of the first dividend, Oil back up at $77-78 & a small amount of buy-back, yet the share is stalling or even dropping slightly.
Someone is drip-feeding a chunk back into the market. They seem content with the 45p level and obviously not bothered by the divi.
Not really adding anything to the discussion - i've just found it frustrating to watch since the divi/buyback RNS
I am a fun-guy, so yeah!
It took me 20 seconds to google whether theft is an issue to the industry. It is.
'As if shipping containers will be nicked or stolen lmao'
Is this a joke?
"One of the biggest challenges in this period of uncertainty is the “incredibly disproportionate” loss incurred when cargo is either lost or stolen, estimated to cost the industry $50bn annually, according to the National Cargo Security Council."
Thanks for the clarification all. I’ve reached out to my providers to get my forms in order.
But Petrotal is a Canadian company?
These aren’t American shares - the W8BEN is irrelevant to any dividend paid here
Suspect he meant it would hit 40/50p, not add it
Probably not a million miles wide of the mark these days
Ignore me, i realise it does not.
For my clarity, does Bonds = Warrants?
More to the point, do we think the £3M trade was a buy or a sell?! Kerrrching!
It was a decent chunk this time - 20% of the outstanding warrants.
But, to your point, it means they've got 4 more opportunities to tank the share price back down to this level each time we receive great news. It's like a strangle-hold on the stock preventing true value
And it's still valued at £14M more than us! Shocking
I just looked up PANR as I’d seen a lot of promoting on Twitter with successful drilling etc.
From what I can tell it was a non-producing Alaskan oil driller that has finally hit pay dirt. Its current market cap is £560M+.
One of those valuations is very wrong… I hope it’s ours!
