So they are taking a £105 million charge/provision, but the market cap has tanked by £2 billion.... with earning in this financial year at around £380 million less the £80 mil provision / charge . so a nett profit of £300 mill. that puts Vistry on a P/E of 12, Bdev are at P/E of 40 maybe dropping to 30. this is a gift...for those with the balls to wait it out

So earnings per share are showing as 13p with a PE of 39 however, the second half of last year had earnings per share of 15p and first half oh this year were also 15p pr share, so the last 12 months were 30p per share or and undmanding P/E of 17 for a growing company. Also with the recent acquisitions the Earnings will be immediately enhanced bringing the P/E down to a very attractive 12.. buy with a revised target of 865p
