So going by this scenario, of gold at $1600 /oz when they started the sales process to now at$2700, surely someone would have put pen to paper, at $1600/oz we had a BFS,, which means at that price level it was a profitable proposition, so what is it now? Gold at that 2700 would mean a n uplift in price by a large amount, agreed .. but when is enough, enough. It is also worth nothiing that the share price was 35p when the sale process was announced so the board have done a lousy job, in fact a sackable level of competence.

So here's the synopsis, the assets under thee ground now are worth hundreds of millions of dollars, if they are so valuable, three things occur,

1 why dont we borrow the funds and mine it ourselves, we have ( supposedly) a BFS.

2, why have none of the ( supposed ) offers been disclosed to us the owners of the company to vote on whether we accept.

3 Mellon is the director or major shareholder in a number of companies including two banks, and has connections with several mining giants.

it would be easy for him to say, ' look none of the offers we have had have been up to what we want or they have not got the collateral behind them to take the project forward'. After all this waiting time, one of his own white knight companies swoop in picks it up for a bargain price, he gets a seat on their board with some tasty share options thrown ion and we get left with zero.

I just dont see why any of the offers have not been put forward to us the owners of the company

One option to think about is for Mellon to try to steal this company out from under all the other share holders and mine the gold himself. He sees the value, why else has none of the offers been seen by the shareholders, Thi doesnt pass the smelll test

what we have here is a conflict of interest. we have had ( supposedly) 5 offers for the company 18 months ago, so why have none of them been accepted? simple jim mellon is in for £20 million here, he wont agree to a sale at less than 40p a share, sorry the old fart is stopping any progress. he is over the hill has no longer got the mind to do a deal and his greed is stopping alll other punters from realising a profit. he should be sacked , the useless ******. any offers should have been or should be put forward to all shareholders too vote on acceptance. we are the owners of the company..

Maybe a few more weeks to wait for some results of this drill. I said last friday I expected this to rise until results, but I didnt expect this .... pleasantly surprised. but sold today at 7.6 and 7.7 p .. this will drop significantly tomorrow around 3pm
