I worked off 610 with the 26, 38 62 fibs off that price. i cant on performance see us getting to 1078p because of te profit hits never mind on a momentum chart. if we dont bounce past 722 3 times we may go all the way back to 680p but that isnt likely this side of christmas now because trading will get a bit thin next week so we may trade sideways for a bit .

So fist Fibonacci levels from 610 is at 754. thats the next barrier 754 p. then 843 p..... those are the BBIG gaps up..

There two problems with the gvt target of 1.5 million homes...1. planning takes too long and the idea that gvt will step in and push planning thru is a joke as they will only do this after all other avenues have been exhausted which will take at least 6 months

2. in their perfect world where no holds ups in planning exist, where is the work force to build these dwelling... are we recruiting them as they come off the beach from those dinghies

680p is a big barrier over that and its on to 700p.. lets see if it can push past that hurdle. or will it bump its head

Exactly a small raise, wont even touch the surface of what they need, this is a keep the lights on raise to fund the salaries. they say they have geraniums but no official Jorc for it. only the 3.6 billion shares now .
