So looking at 34p earnings in the second half giving full year of about 50p thats a PE of around 8 ish... cheap as chips. nice divi coming I suspect too. back to 500p range at least by results. IMHO

Nobody taking about £7 million of buys against £2 million sells and the price is knocked down 3.3%. is letting shorters ouut on the cheap. We'll see tomorrow then...

johnjo, lets just ignore him.. had a trawl thru some of his posts, he has made a career out of asking people's opinion just to **** them off. and dont forget he owns a racehorse .. and has done all his stock broker exams which he pointed out to someone else when he was having a pop at them. but turns out its part ownership which you can buy into a syndicate for a couple of hundred quid. he's been doing this for 40 odd years but here he is posting rubbish on a bulletin board

The governments comments over the weekend were specifically about building new affordable homes in partnerships. which clearly benefits vistry much more than the other house builders as this is the foundation of their business model, also given the fact that Vistry is the only builder whose share price that has more than halved in value in 8 weeks flat may have something to do with it as it has been grossly over done , pay more attention... funny how people ask for an opinion and once its given they then immediately pick holes in it without actually making any observations. sort of person that if they found a tenner on the street would complain that is wasn't 20 quid.
