More bad news - it just keeps on coming

Flightman you can count me in on any action. I emailed the regulators about Poulden and PCGE last year, I received a response but unfortunately they did nothing. At the very least I feel the opportunity here has been misrepresented time and time again by Poulden and therefore obtained my money by deception IMO!

Flightman - totally agree. Beyond a joke this now! I hope you get responses from the relevant bodies!

The fact nothing has been posted anywhere suggests there was absolutely nothing of note RE this RTO and is as we feared completely underwhelming

Rumours comfirmed - suspension

TBH ordinary shareholders could give a toss about who has or hasn’t been reporting holdings correctly. This is just the latest in a very long line of suspect news to come out of the company! I for one would welcome an investigation not only into this but also what the huge sums of money have been spent on, what the BoD have been doing for the past 2 years, the legality of the deferred shares issue and how this can continue simply as a vessel to raise free money without a sniff of a business!

Ade it was a joke. If you listen to RP’s interviews one the past few years he always has some quip about Nomads listening and would love to be telling us all everything he is supposedly doing and working on but market regs don’t allow! So instead we have no business, no action no updates and no comms!

If it wasnt for the Nomads holding RP back we would be a £300million company now I am sure of it :/

Can’t imagine we would ever get a response from him! I’m still owed responses to my questions I put to ‘the company’ from months ago. All apparently been put to the BoD for answers. Absolutely nothing back

Unfortunately you are the latest in a long line - feel for the people who invested here at 6p PRE consolidation prices! I have emailed the company with largelybthe same questions Ade poses - will post the response if I get one

It has to be further dilution, I can’t see how it can be anything else, PCGE barely has cash to last a few more months given historic burn rate, never mind money to facilitate a deal etc. This is literally daylight robbery of £millions of shareholders money!

Roy - yes the TR1’s were hinting at news in December supposedly communicated by the company. But don’t forget other investors have been told by various BoD members that news would be coming in just about every month in H2 2018. Birdseye - if you want to know what he’s going to say at the investor show look back at the prior few years presentations and you won’t be far off! Bit about the Chinese operating structure and the virtues thereof, few jokes about how he can’t say anything as NOMADS may be listening and then claim it’s about time they concluded a transaction....,,
