Ade, I had overlooked the fact that these deferred shares can be issued below the .1 value. We have media/gambling and gaming licenses each held by various subsidiaries of the co. According to RP he has been working on utilising these for 2years - why nothing has come to fruition yet we don’t know. Nobody knows what they are worth or how exactly a partnership with PCGE would work or even what flexibility and freedoms we have around them. It is my understanding that the Chinese will only issue these operating licenses to Chinese companies - hence the perceived value to outsiders? PCGE came about them through prior acquisition of a Chinese company.

This company is in crisis! Not the cash to last the year at current burn rates never mind do a deal! No ability to raise at current prices. Cut the dead wood starting with McDowall and Mainelli.

Ade - the positive news by Christmas apparently came directly from the BoD to TR1 holders. This follows supposed news in October being peddled by Bob McDowell and again in November and countless times previously if you look back.. the only thing is it never actually comes. By end of Jan is new timescale. Would you bet your mortgage that this time it’s met?

Yes this is why he decided not to take stakes in the likes of Cavitation, ChainZY etc and instead wait for what we were told was discussions with a gaming co to firstly utilise the Chinese licenses. This has clearly also fallen away as we are now back to something completely different which requires a reverse!

With all those pantomime hints we should be positive of something soon.... but then it is RP

I really wish the likes of Proactive and Justin Waite would hold RP properly to account and ask the probing questions needed!

Outside of the usual talks are progressing well and that the acquisition of deferred shares will allow these to continue to progress I can’t see what else can be said. Richard has said time and time again he cannot comment on anything not in an RNS as against AIM rules. The few times he has broken his own rules the promises have turned out to be BS anyway!

Mbennett - I would assume they are not past mere ‘discussions’ as if they were you would have though something would need to be RNS’d? MJ - when are you meeting with RP? Common theme through the questions here.. game is up for RP - time to be brought to account

Finally it would be good to get recognition and an apology from RP around lack of delivery and severe misjudgements (NB payoff, Riverfort, deals that proved to be undeliverable) that have cost his long term holders dear!

I think you need to push for significantly improved oversight into this company. I want to know exactly what has been going on the last 12/24 months and what individuals have been doing to justify their salaries and expenses. There has been a huge amount of cash burn here and simply not good enough to tell us it’s against AIM rules to keep shareholders informed on such matters. As I have said before if they can’t/are not prepared to do this then the BoD members should lose their right to reappointment at next AGM! I want to know what the intrinsic value of the licenses is and exactly what can/can’t be dont with them in terms of autonomy from the state and rights to transferrals etc. Why have they struggled to do anything with them to date? What is company’s cash position and what is the plan to actually generate some business

I don’t think anybody really knows the intrinsic value of the licenses. It all depends on what they are utilised for what value a particular party would gain through whatever access they bring. Don’t know how easily they can be obtained and for how much, Not even sure that can be traded on the open market if we chose to sell them. Interesting to get the answers though. This is the sort of PR/info the company should be providing but sadly isn’t

Finally, perhaps you can let RP know that those who have backed him are real people and these people have lost huge sums of money in many cases. Shares in this company have lost around 99% of their IPO Value, yet RP does interviews claiming ‘real investors’ aren’t bothered about the SP, only traders?! Well it’s only real investors who have lost here! Maybe you can encourage him to show some respect and not tell his investors to ‘**** off’ over Twitter then proceed to go off the radar and deliver absolutely nothing

Welcome MJ! Firstly can I say you are a very brave man investing heavily here, I assume you have a detailed knowledge of the history so no need to go over that again! What would we like to know?.. as a starter.. 1) The company has burnt huge amounts of cash on costs and expenses yet delivered nothing. What has this gone on and where is the financial oversight? 2) The company has cash, but at historic burn rate this won’t last much longer. No ability to raise at these levels without another consolidation. How long can the company survive without generating revenue? 3) Lots of talk about how valuable the licenses are, yet 2 years and no takers? Why not? 4) Why do we keep adding to the payroll yet nothing transpires. RP, 3 NEDS, Jack Sun, Damson etc etc!?! 5) So far the company has looked at Mining Environmental in the USA, blockchain, sports, broadcasting, gaming, cavitation.. where is the strategy, it’s all over the place! They float these ideas, get a placing away and all of a sudden they are dropped! Best of luck with the investment!

Sam, you have clearly had comms with the company! What are they telling you now about deal timescales? Bob McD was reportedly telling investors that significant news flow would commence in August. August is long gone and he then is telling investors to expect news in October. Well..,October is nearly over too and still nothing!
