Even if that is the case we now cannot have news for at least 30 days as this is the minimum length of time for any closed period between when directors can buy shares and release news.

If he is in receipt of company making news he cannot award himself shares at a 30% discount to current market price.

How can Poulden purchase �125K of shares at a 30% discount and then release deal news a few days later? Would this not be insider dealing in its purest form?

Well no news today! By his own admission now that there is absolutely nothing preventing him updating the market (I assume therefore that AIM rules have changed too?!) I am hoping he has spent the day composing a whopper of an RNS for release tomorrow!

Wouldn’t bank on it. It’s not converting capacity that the big boys need. The issue is a general shortage of mother rolls - the big boys barely have enough to cover their own needs, hence the squeeze on the likes of Accrol.

Where do you see the SP once the current tranche of sites go live in the coming months?

Looking at the timescales for Plymouth last year I would expect any funding announcements in the coming days with the sites live by very early November - exciting couple of weeks here!!!

I have to agree - need to consider the timings of these type of announcements better!

No further dilution has been repeated time and time again by the Co - look at the funding RNS for the funding relating to the Plymouth site - it was released just a few weeks before the site went operational.. with or without any triad sites are still extremely profitable and more than able to pay back debt finance - in addition, again looking a the last funding RNS, funding is held against the assets of the site so minimising the risk to any lender. As others have mentioned in the past, Rockpool remain committed to their part in this and do not see a reduction in Triad as particularly detrimental to the original business case as we have CM contracts which is seen as upside....

Weazel, looking at the level of opposition, I think you are right - The note from Rockpool says it all really. Despite some accusations of insider trading it was in the public domain that OFGEN were looking into the levels of TRIAD payments. It was the level at which they are 'minded' to reduce to which was the shock... Don't get me wrong, the last week has been a nail biter for me and am still jittery.. it has been close but held on to all of my shares, hopefully things are calming down and rationality will set back in.
