Lostitall - hit the nail on the head! RP is the master of making it appear that something is going on when in reality (and as the fullness of time shows) nothing is actually going on. I have no reason to believe that the deferred shares annoucent signals anything different. Ade makes valid points about the licenses and as I have said before we need more clarity on this from the Co! Somebody needs to come out with a proper appraisal of the situation here!

Another great week here! Good to see the BoD earning their salary and expenses! Bob McDowall continuing to add value following re election as he has done since October 2017! The concept of the licenses is a good one BUT I don’t believe anybody really knows how, by whom and for what they can be utilised, nor how these licenses can be acquired by an outside entity should they require one. If the answer is ‘they cant’ or ‘with great difficulty’ then this is the value in PCGE. The above is exactly what the company should be explaining to investors - we have paid PR who should be pushing the virtues of this sort of information. As should RP, rather than coming on Proactive and playing the fool!

Alan, I’m in exactly the same boat, an investment of ‘000’s now sits in the ‘00’s so simply not worth selling! MrM you are forever the optimist but what has RP done to earn your trust? Not once single piece of positive news pretty much since this IPOd at £56million!!!

Richard Pouldens last interview where he gave a pantomime performance (again) intimating a deal was just around the corner. Guess what... still nothing apart from further devaluation of the SP! Oh.. and a set of accounts which once again show huge cash burn to deliver nothing! How long can this carry on?

Mr Magoo the longer we wait the more the company will need to place to simply to stay afloat, diluting your holding, driving the SP down and down and making it near impossible for LTH’s to ever make their money back, never mind a reasonable return. Real LTHs need a Mcap of 100’s of millions to get their cash back! Even you must concede there has not been a shred of real value accredative news here for years! All we have had is tinkering around the edges, paid appointments to try and portray something is going on as well as innnovative ways for RP to raise cash for wages and expenses! Dug our the 2015 investor show presentation, it’s the same old guff RP is feeding us here in 2019.

We have a top heavy BoD comprised of a bunch of overpaid and non performing part timers who have been leading investors up the garden path for years. Why they voted Bob Mc and Mainelli back on board god only knows! Jobs for the boys! Also voted for BoD to set their own remuneration - what a joke! Most TR1’s have disappeared as they were promoting a deal before Xmas that didn’t transpire, surprise surprise! They were either misleading or being mislead! Either way not surprised they are keeping a low profile
