Of course bitcoin is worthless, but the counter argument is that, so is fiat currency (no gold standard) , However fiat currency is well established & far. far less likely to crash than bitcoin. Fiat currency £, $ etc is regulated, & backed by governments, bitcoin is not, so bitcoin is used my money launderers, crooks, drug cartels etc etc . you can invest in bitcoin even if you a known criminal. If you have billions of crooked money to invest, you need to put it into bitcoin, not your local bank, or Vodafone. Most normal investors in bitcoin are losing money, because you are only making money when you sell, but as the price has risen there has to be more buyers than sellers, which means less money taken out, than put in, so more losers. Typical Ponsi scheme. Bigger fool theory . Vod has real value of course, which could go down, or up, but I think up to 90p at least by the end of the year. I think it will continue to rise, but I think your post about savage was a bit unfair. I prefer to listen to savage than avocet. Another great day today, I topped up yesterday & had a big top up in early May. All my buys of vod since December 2023 are doing well. Before that of course. no. but that's history.
