In my opinion and I will say it again - Qatar WORLD cup. Anna has said no major marketing drive until October/Nov. This leads me to believe it is strategic. The timing would be great.
Other areas for consideration are regulatory that would shift the market if someone had the "heads up" on a change.
Also, they might have signed a contract prior to the Euros with the Lionesses - that would be a HUGE win and one that would likely to elevate share price.
Many have already alluded to a partnership with retailer. That is a distinct possibility.

Keep faith. Things they need to resolve:
1. Resolve the legal framework so they can market with a differentiator - currently they’re can’t advertise on social media as this is classed as cannabis even though it’s synthetic
2. Deliver their sports range and have a full marketing campaign going into the World Cup
3. Ensure they have distribution channels and legal frameworks resolved for Middle East.
4. Capitalise on the billboard campaign I’m still incredibly disappointed with lack lustre marketing. However, it provides some provenance but without further marketing penetration it’s a poor investment.
Anyway, that’s my observations. I haven’t sold out. I’m not playing the moving averages. I’ve topped up my SIPP with a small investment this month. I’m averaging about 9p. Won’t make a significant top up until it breaks a resistance of 12p. Counter initiative but that’s my strategy. Only then will I be happy to invest “big” again!!

I have just opened a buy. I swore that I would not buy in at anything below 12 but these prices are attractive. The whole market is depressed. It does not like uncertainty.
