I can see what the behind the scenes look like but I wait for plans to be in black and white to shareholders, it’s when you get a poster totally misreading the accounts and saying it’s positive when we both know it’s not substantial in any way, seems they are looking to invest in an asset outside of oil and gas and as mentioned the partnership are working on the overall aje partnership project but still look quite far away from it been released, I think main constraint is finance and they are looking for off take agreements which would suggest this

Do you lot read or understand the update, have you asked why revenue is up by 124%, do you want to know the truth that the revenue isn’t up 124% on an annualised basis, it’s up because in H1 2018 there was one lifting, H1 2019 there have been 2 liftings, in H2 2018 there were 2 liftings and in H2 2019 there are going to be just one lifting as per update, so stating revenue up 124% when the BOD know fine well H2 figures are going to be 50% of last year and the overall 2019 year end will be similar to last year, good news is they still expect the AJE partnership to be cash generative in H1 2020, the real concern is why was the recent uplift so low compared to March’s????

Not much in it really, uplift in June they never bothered to inform market about, still reviewing technical plans on next stage development, still making a loss albeit reduced, still on track for Jan 2020 for AJE to become cash positive

My interpretation as adme have no operating costs (these are within the wider AJE partnership), the only operating costs are the admin expenses of the company, interims due, a lot gone on in the back offices since Sheikh came

It’s amazing how many are clueless here, a few facts

There is no revenue to ADME at present, the revenue in the accounts to their part of AJE sales, which currently nets adme nothing as it repays debts first, expecting cash to come early next year at circa $600k a lift with 6 lifts likely until the 2 current oil wells run dry

In terms of expenses, they have cut costs by over 60% last year, not all of this is reflected in last accounts but Admin expenses likely to be £1m or below, but the BOD have now started taking wages and OO has been appointed

Sheikhs money was raised to pay for licence extension (fact), primary bid raise was primarily for working capital and Zark raise is likely for assessment costs, the gm tomorrow will increase share cap to new highs but allow the rest of the raise for an investment of some sort (assumption)

tbh - i think its more of the red tape of been listed
there are rules he has to follow that hes probably not used too
also the fact they raised capital and diluted his position may of concerned him, especially if he was made aware that this would have to happen to move forward with other investments (on a private company he could of funded easily as a Loan with less scrutiny / more simplified etc)

The issue is why are they maintaining 19%
Is it because as a Market Maker, as the SP declines (PI's selling) they are having to increase their holdings
if this is true, it shows there is minimal demand for the 19% they hold

If they are holding foe someone else or long term as part of their investment, then its a little different but we can speculate all we want on Peel
We all (even me) wants to see what these investments are going to look like - i hope people do well and if i like the investments i might invest

They can't increase production for a number of reasons
The two current wells run dry end of 2021, the current wells are at full capacity and production is slowing at a nominal rate in line with the depletion of reserves
the CapEx for Phase 2 is over $1bn from the Operators (full plan is yet to be officially announced)
ADME is only a 5% investor in the AJE Partnership and has a minimal voice in the overall decision process moving forward

The thing is , when we see a share rise by 100%, especially a share that was really hyped up a year or two ago, people look, we research, and then we have the right to post our conclusions
To me, this just seems to be a small Private Investor (hes not on list of major shareholders despite been over the 3% threshold) so that has got to be looked into but would assume he holds shares via one of the nominees listed
so the guy seems a relative nobody in the terms of the business world, theres little information on him, only one i can find is an accountant, probably a decent income, quite wealthy personally but not of the calibre of a multi millionaire with a huge business empire

The company is still potentially delisting in the very near future as per previous RNS so is a huge gamble - just my opinion

Not someone who is going to make this turnaround
Short term spike here , there will be a lot holding a heavy loss come tomorrow in my opinion

If it’s Stefan it’s bad news, he is a director and potentially in a closed period, if he can sell then OO can buy and if Stefan is selling and OO isn’t buying then there can’t be much confidence, if Stefan can sell it would mean there are no meaningful updates on potential investments
