Premium over current SP is a measly 7/8%.

I have instructed my broker that I am not taking up the Tender and he said his other clients are doing the same...I will not divulge the Broker's name but it is a major Institution.

It is intriguing to see investors selling at today at £2.30 when they can tender at £2.50 and perhaps get their full allocation accepted in the Tender.

Smacks of some form of share manipulation imho to encourage the best outcome in the Tender which is rather dubious under Stock Exchange rules.

Only the desperate would sell now rather than await the results of the Tender and the possibility of a special dividend and an uplift in the SP with the reduction in the free float if a majority of the retail investors exit .

All to play for imho

Move to an IPO this year or next year, I should say.

Vedanta moving its potential blockbuster CDI drug into Phase 3 trial announced today with FDA Fast Track Designation.

Puretech has a holding of 36% in Vedanta which could move to an IPO this year at a potential market cap of $2billion if the Phase 3 trial is successful.

Crazy to sell your shares at £2.50 with so much coming down the line over the next 6/12 months imho.

Lanstead has 70m warrants, Alora Pharma has 22m and Institutional investors c10m reprised last year at 2p .

If warrants are all exercised that will generate c£2m in funding but increase Lanstead's overhang.

So we need some positive newsflow to engineer a breakout.

Trading at £2.29 and looking strong.

If this continues then the Tender Offer is dead in the water and we may move on to a full c 25p special dividend.

Hopefully the market will give management a strong thumbs down on the derisory £2.50 offer.

The lack of newsflow is worrying.

You are quite correct .

However with the Institutional investors and management holding c80% of the share capital and unlikely to tender their shares , that leaves the 20% free float holders to absorb the tender by themselves.

If the Tender is even moderately successful among this cohort we could see the free float % reduced to c10%

which would have a major influence on share price movements following the tender and lead to a significant SP rerating on further good news and any additional distributions to shareholders( as intimated in RNS initially announcing the Tender) .

I am not selling at £ 2.50 as it totally undervalued the company and is a cynical ploy by management and Institutional investors to increase their % holdings by getting rid of the small free float shares.

Now wait for Lanstead to offload toward the close.

Hopefully Lanstead will be gone soon and Immupharma never has to resort to this type of horror funding again.

Fat fingers..value of Immupharma's c10% holding in Incanthera at its today market of c£20m is £2m not £1m.

The in profit value of Immupharma's warrants in Incanthera is c£750,000.

So Immupharma's economic holding is c£2.75m.

Sorry for the confusion

Incanthera moving strongly higher today up 27% to 19p ahead of a major investment presentation to fund managers high net worth investors and brokers this evening at 6pm.

The value of Immupharma's direct holding is now approaching £1m and the warrants are " in profit" to the tune of £750,000.

Very interesting and good news for Immupharma's shareholders.

We need Lanstead gone via some positive updates so the SP can push higher .

Lanstead has sold c 12m shares since last notification late last year and only notified today when it's shareholding dropped below 13% even though Lanstead should have notified when it's holding went below 15%.

It gave me the false impression that it had not sold shares in recent months...silly me!

We really need some positive newsflow very soon or the share price will continue to drift.

However should the Incanthera revenues start to accelerate over the coming months as forecast by Uncle Tim , it is conceivable we could see a sharp increase in the Incanthera share price and accordingly in the value of Immupharma's shareholding and warrants in Incanthera.

The OTC market where Incanthera is listed is very illiquid and has very few daily trades so good news from Incanthera could lead to a sharp spike in the SP hopefully before September when Immupharma has to come up with c£700,000 to exercise the 7.3 million warrants at 9.5p.

Immupharma owns 10.8% of Incanthera plus has warrants to subscribe for c7.3m shares at 9.5p exercisable by September of this year...Incanthera share price is c13p at present.

You could indeed be correct.

I am surprised there is no arbitrage trading going on at £2.10/2.15 in advance of the Tender probably on the concerns that applications will be scaled back if oversubscribed.
