Share price now drifting below 2p which reflects the total lack of any updates from the company on trials, commercial deals et al.

Sadly Immupharma is in danger of becoming another AIM Zombie share without reliable newsflow.

Tim put in £60,000 in the 2022 placing at 5p .

Alora put in £1.2m at 11p in an earlier placing.

After all this time the SP is at 2p and the best investment by Immupharma could be its stake in Incanthera.

We need some positive newsflow before we all go to the nursing home!

Apparently the jump in Incanthera's share price was due to a report by Stanford Capital Partners which concluded with a share price target of £2 and a market cap of c£200m.

We should sell Immupharma and buy Incanthera!!!

Incanthera doing well today with share price up 12.5%

with Immupharma's unrealised profits on its 7.3m warrants now approaching £1.7m.

If only Immupharma's share price could budge beyond a miserly 2p.

Mc Carthy promised constant newsflow in his Proactive interview last year but sadly nothing of the sort occurred and as a result the share is as dead as a doornail....not one single trade so far today .

I have contacted Lisa again about the dearth of information. Nearly 7 months gone in 2024 and nothing seems to have happened.

Hopefully the company is very busy and productive but who knows.

Incanthera has a market cap of £34m while Immupharma's market cap is £8.5m.

One company is producing a suncream while the other has 2 late stage drugs in Multi $billion markets plus other therapies and allegedly a fully funded Phase 3 trial paid by a partner/ shareholder Alora/ Avion for Lupuzor plus warrants to subscribe for c 7.5m shares in Incanthera at c9.75p .

The market doesn't believe McCarthy and the team based on past performance and with Lanstead dumping shares the market will remain highly sceptical until some positive newsflow is released.

We still await this news.

Incanthera announced today a further uplift of 250,000 units in orders from AS Watson and another euphoric statement from Tim McCarthy.

I wonder does he really care about Immupharma anymore and whether he should step aside and Immupharma appoint someone who will drive the company forward.

You cannot ride two horses in the Derby!

Both news or ramp would be welcome at this stage as the share price is dead in the water with zero investor interest.

We could do with some positive newsflow.

My youngest son suffers from Type 1 diabetes but is healthy and active and was diagnosed when he was 20.

My interest in Immupharma was prompted by the therapies it was developing in autoimmune diseases but hopefully Immupharma and other Pharmas can come up with drugs and stem cell solutions for young people suffering from these diseases.

The warrants are a different issue in respect of Lanstead insofaras Lanstead will have to pay £1.4m to fully exercise its warrants thereby providing funding for Immupharma.

Also the warrants can only likely be exercised once the share price of Immupharma reaches 4p or more.

If the share price reaches 4p plus and the warrants are exercised bringing c £2m in funding , I am sure there will be few complaints.

A bit of buying interest today and yesterday was met with another bout of Lanstead selling.

Once Lanstead is gone the SP can behave like a normal share again.

God forbid if Incanthera's share price goes to £1 on the launch of the cancer reduction sun cream product in September then Immupharma's holding in Incanthera will be valued at close to its current market cap.

Incanthera share price is pushing near 30p which gives an unrealised gain on Immupharma's warrants of c £1.5m which is very good news in terms of future funding for Immupharma.

Any further newsflow on commercial deals on the rest of the world rights to Lupuzor and Global rights to CIDP will transform the share price not to mention the announcement of the official start of the Simbec-Orion trial on Lupuzor.

30% US Witholding Tax is savage .

The Puretech management are appalling to construct a share buyback where the US IRS gets a windfall from Non US based investors.

So £2.50 tender offer only worth £1.75 unless one can recoup the US Witholding Tax.

Invesco has been a major problem for Puretech for a number of years now following internal rules changes in Invesco regarding holding very large holdings in individual companies.

Invesco held c 34% shareholding in Puretech over a year or so ago and has sold c 50 million shares over the past 18 months which paradoxically nearly equates to the amount of shares Puretech has bought back in the buyout and Tender.

This possibly negated the effect of the buybacks to some extent and Zohar confirmed as much in response to investors emails.

I think Invesco wants to get below 15% ( from current c17%) so not much more to sell imho.

Hopefully the share price can now push back up with just 240 million shares in issue and a pathetic market cap of just c£450m.

If there were any issues with the Simbec-Orion trial or if Avion /Alora were no longer committed to funding it , then the Directors of Immupharma must immediately inform the market or face severe consequences of non disclosure of fundamental information under Stock Exchange Rules.

So we must assume all is progressing as previously stated in the Corporate Update and in the Final Accounts RNS for 2023.

I agree that any positive newsflow on partners for Lupuzor and CIPD would transform the share price.

I don't think it would be right for Wildbunch to divulge private conversations he had with the Immupharma Directors at the AGM as this forum is populated by anonymous posters as well as he would not have been told anything by Tim et al which was outside the information already released by the company.

However that is not to say Wildbunch would not have picked up certain vibes and postures from the team whether positive or negative.

Anyway time is moving on and little or nothing appears to be happening in the company or in respect of the share price so investors interest has evaporated.

Hopefully things will change soon as I am getting very old !!

Elenko the President of Puretech is also a Director of Karuna and also one of the founders of Puretech.

There has been a major management shake-up in Puretech recently with Zohar shafted and a new Chairman and CEO appointed and a shareholder " revolt" at the recent AGM about management pay and benefits which the company says it is taking on board.

The only consolation is that the US Nasdaq share price appears sanguine about the President and two Non Executive Directors selling in the Tender.

The whole company has got stale and influenced and managed by medics so hopefully some big players will have a crack at unlocking value via a takeover.

I am getting bored here and will give it another 2/3 months before throwing in the towel after 6 years.
