I have just reviewed the Immupharma revamped website which is a great improvement on the previous one

Some interesting information on the website namely the International Phase 3 Lupuzor trial is underway and the CIPD trial is planned following FDA guidance confirmation expected soon.

The company lists its commercial partners as Avion Pharma , CNRS and Orano and its Contract Research Organisations and Consultants as Charles River, EuroFins , Kymos Group, Simbec-Orion, Panteon, Porsolt, TranScript and Gene Pep.

Some of the above organisations are arrangers of financing for international drug development.

Also the Website lists the Key Clinical Investigators as Professor David Isenberg for Lupuzor. He is Professor of Rheumatology at the University College, London and Chair of the International Systematic Lupus Clinics Group.

Professor Jerome De Seze is overseeing the CIPD trial and he is Professor of Neuroimmunology at Strasbourg University.

I urge all my fellow investors have a look at the new website.

I wonder if we will get a holding RNS tomorrow in light of the large selling last Thursday/ Friday by what it appears to be one shareholder.

It could have been Lanstead or a distressed seller.

We had a very articulate poster , Oscar, who we haven't heard from for many months who claimed to hold 9 million shares . I hope he/she is still around and wasn't the seller last week.

Anyway we will see if the selling is over tomorrow and maybe get some reassuring updates from the company this week .

Another 2.2m sell from yesterday morning at 1.2p reported after hours.

So it looks like nearly 10m shares dumped in this selling surge of the past 2 days.

Hopefully that's it and we can move back up next week..with a little assistance from Tim.

Ir appears someone was desperate to get out in a hurry at any price.

The market has repriced the share and market cap given the dearth of news in relation to the pivotal Lupuzor trial, commercial deals on Lupuzor and CIPD and the company's plan in relation to the take-up of the Incanthera warrants at a cost of c£700k.

The market is extremely sceptical about the company and accordingly has slashed its valuation to just £5.8m.

An enormous rerate will take place should the company assuage the market's and investors concerns.

It is now up to Tim McCarthy and his team to break the silence and provide us with a clear update on whats happening.

I now think the selling is unrelated to any adverse events in Immupharma but is likely to be a forced seller of some kind hopefully not an Executor sale.

I feel the SP has hit a bottom at 1.3p or so and will rebound once seller is gone.

It could be Lanstead but it is not their style imho.

The afternoon action will tell a tale and I am not selling one share at these crazy levels.

So no RNS this morning which I feel is positive insofar as the company would have to issue one if a material event had taken place and an apparent leak had occurred of this affecting the share price.

Maybe we will get a RNS later but hopefully yesterday afternoon sudden dump of shares was innocuous.

US rights to Lupuzor now available rather than not available I should say

Yes I agree but Immupharma still have a suite of interesting drugs in development including CIPD and Anti Infectives plus the Incanthera stake via the warrants at a current unrealised value of c£1.5m plus deferred tax losses of c£50m plus the French research operation in Bordeaux at a current market cap of just over £6m so still not dead yet even if Avion bail out.

In fact if Avion walks it may paradoxically make Immupharma a better takeover target with the US rights to Lupuzor not available.

Clutching at straws I know but certainly worth more than £6m in the global pharmaceutical industry.

What has spooked me is the sudden dumping of 5 million plus of shares late in the day in an illiquid market...it is not Lanstead's style ..and the fact the seller wanted out at any price is disconcerting.

It may be a financially strapped shareholders bailing out or a leak of bad news.

I have emailed Lisa to ask for an immediate clarification of the company's situation.

I expect a RNS tomorrow but not optimistic of its contents.

If Avion has bailed out then we are all screwed..the silence from the company is very concerning.

RNS tomorrow looking very likely but not what we were hoping for I fear.

Maybe a placing at 1. 2p to raise £700k to take up the the 7.3 warrants in Incanthera??

Another late sell of 500 ,000 reported after close making it c4m shares sold in 50 mins late in the day...sounds like someone was desperate to get out before tomorrow.

C3.5m shares sold suddenly after 15.45pm in a short space of time.

Points to a leak and sadly bad news I feel tomorrow.

So Lanstead tipped off about a good RNS tomorrow and so crash the price and sell at lows .

Their selling would only make sense if Lanstead heard of a bad RNS tomorrow.

Agree about AIM et al but what caught my eye was the surge in selling at 15.45pm which may or may not indicate a leak.

We may find out tomorrow when it is possible we could see a RNS imho.

Or then again it may be nothing other than a dump by a bored investor.

Sadly this doesn't look good at all.

Leak at 15.45 followed by a rush to sell.
