Immupharma is currently a zombie share with zero investor interest with a couple of quid in 2 trades today.

No meaningful updates in the current year has led to total stasis in trading.

As for a poster advising me to get out if not willing to be patient in a biotech stock, I remind them that I am now into my 11th year invested in Immupharma for my sins.

However given the relatively stable price of c2p, it is clear that any positive newsflow could transform the situation.

The question is when!

In relation to Incanthera it appears the share price is wobbling at the moment and now bid at 23p.

Also continued radio silence from Immupharma on trials , commercial deals et al as we enter the 4rd quarter tomorrow.

A stern test of investors patience indeed.

Under the UK Companies Act every public or private company must maintain an accurate Share Register.

All shareholdings whether held directly or in Nominee accounts with brokers or Institutions must be included on the Share Register.

If an Investors holds shares in a nominee account , they can ask the broker / Institutions to email their holdings which can then be sent to the company as proof of ownership.

Otherwise a company's Investor Relations would be dealing with nutcases and chancers.

None of those characters apply ,obviously to you, I may add.

Accordingly I advise you contact Lisa directly regarding the Deferred shares or other issues.

The c1.75m buy was done at yesterday's close at a significant premium to the then asking price which was around 1.6p.

Things are definitely hotting up here.

SP still looking good despite Lanstead, it appears , dumping over 1m shares at the bid of c1.72p.

The Management of Incanthera are enhancing shareholder value through the product deal with AS Watson after 4 years of development in Nottingham University.

Incanthera share price up from 6p in September 2023 to 25p today

However the share price of Immupharma has dropped 85% from 22p in 2019 when Tim took over the reins to 1.5p today.

We ,as investors in Immupharma ,can only judge Management's performance on the SP and the enhancement of shareholder value so let's see how matters unfold over the coming months.

Still grounds for optimism imho but the market needs positive newsflow to be convinced.

I feel the share price can rocket if such news is forthcoming.

As far as I can determine, there are no share traders or impatient sellers in Immupharma at the moment.

As a Director of many Public companies in the past the only objective of a proper Board is to enhance shareholder value thereby protecting the interests of all other stakeholders in the company.

Managing timetables with the ultimate objective of ensuring growth in the company and the share price is fine but when elongated timetables are leading to a cash crisis, bombed out SP and no discernible progress after years of promises, shareholders have every right to question management performance.

I am invested here and will continue to do so but if the company ever has to go cap in hand again to the payday loans provider, Lanstead, then we will know the game is up hence the need for action in the coming months.

As an investor in the markets for nearly 50 years ,the only thing I care about is the performance of the share price.

At the moment Immupharma's share price is near all time lows and I am losing money.

As a business man I expect results otherwise management should be fired not paid for failure.

With £60m tax losses Immupharma would be a good takeover target for a profitable Pharma with it's late stage drug portfolio and no debt.

I hope that McCarthy and the management team are not treating this company as a nice little earner at investors expense.

I wonder what input Tim Franklin is making at a salary of £135,000 a year which is what McCarthy is earning as well.

If I was Chairman I would look for a buyer at c£25m and let a big player push the drug portfolio forward.

I don't think anyone can accuse me of being impatient as I am invested here for nearly 10 years with 5 million shares .

Shareholders need to see progress not promises so that is why there is deep disappointment on reading the so called updates in the Interims.

The market and investors await real substantive news before the share price will move forward.

The only good news is that the bloodsucking Lanstead is hopefully not needed for further funding particularly if Incanthera/ commercial deals come good in next few months.

We will hang on and see what happens in the next few months but investors desperately need good newsflow before the year end .

Absolutely dead in the water...no investor interest particularly after the update in the Interims where Tim has effectively confirmed that nothing has happened in the company this year apart from selling the Incanthera shares.

No wonder the market has lost interest.

I have sent an email to the company regarding the deferred shares citing my understanding that a Public listed company cannot issue or hold Deferred Shares under the UK Companies Act.

I will let you know if I get a response.

The deferred shares have a nominal issue price of 9p and are , obviously, not a tradeable security under Stock Exchange regulations in addition to the Companies Act prohibition.

There may be some other explanation that I have overlooked ( not for the first time!) but it appears these worthless deferred shares should be cancelled imho.

I have also commented on the lack of a substantive update on key issues in the Interims but endorsed the company's handling of the Incanthera warrants.

No UK Publcly Listed company or subsidiary of a UK Publicly Listed company is allowed to issue or hold Deferred Shares under the UK Companies Act.

So to avoid being in breach of the Companies Act, Immupharma must and can cancel the worthless Deferred shares imho.

Publicly quoted companies are not permitted to hold deferred shares under the Companies Act.

I saw that but the deferred shares are in effect worthless , have no voting rights or form part of the market cap of the company and should be cancelled in a public company in accordance with the Companies Act.

The have only a nominal value in a liquidation after the ordinary voting shares have been paid which in a liquidation is unlikely to happen for ordinary shareholders never nind deferred shareholders.

I will request the company to cancel them and see what they say.

Again in any takeover only the ordinary voting shares would be acquired.
