Immupharma would probably have had to place c4m shares in Incanthera at say 15p to replenish its cash .

This may have been difficult to do so keeping your options /warrants open for another 6 months or so for £75k is a smart move .

AIM companies looming for funds are getting hammered at the moment so Immupharma has breathing space until well into 2025.

It must deliver on a number of fronts in this timeframe or we are in trouble

A £75,000 cost to extend the warrants where the unrealised value of the warrants is c£1.6m is a small price to pay given the transformational months ahead for Incanthera.

Imagine if we paid £700k for the warrants leaving the company in need of a fund raise...the market would have hit the SP hard as it would be seen as a very risky gamble indeed.

Hopefully Incanthera can move ahead over the coming months in tandem with Immupharma!

I see the the deferred share in the accounts issued but they have no voting rights and rank after the ordinary shares in a winding up .They are not tradeable and are not part of the market cap of the company.

They should be scrapped imo

What deferred shares..no publicly quoted company or subsidiary of a publicly quoted company is allowed to issue deferred shares under the Companies Act.

The Board of Incanthera cite one of the reasons for the extension of the warrants was the possibility of the creation of a disorderly market in Incanthera shares as Immupharma would have to place part of its warrants exercise in the market which would likely be at a considerable discount to the current Incanthera SP of 28p.

So it appears a mutually agreed solution was the extension at a price of 1p per warrant .

So Immupharma's buy in price of the warrants is now 10.5p which is still good news for us

At a market cap of just £6.5m Immupharma is good value imho

Super deal on the Incanthera warrants for just 1p a share and will give Immupharma the critical timeframe of the next 6 months to see if Incanthera can fulfill its promises on revenues. If Incanthera performs on or above target, you may see its SP soar in the next 6 months.

I agree we could have had a more detailed update on the Simbec-Orion Lupuzor trial but confirmation that it is progressing is vitally important.

We now need some commercial deals with upfront payments on Lupuzor rest of the world rights and CIDP, and we will be off and running.

However Lanstead are in this morning spoiling the party with more selling.

The sooner they're gone the better.

There are so many options available to Immupharma in relation to the Incanthera warrants such a short term loan secured on the 7.3 m Incanthera shares or a take up of the options and a subsequent placing of some of the Incanthera shares particularly if Incanthera accelerates its deliveries to AS Watson over the coming months as forecast by McCarthy which should drive Incanthera's share price higher.

Also a commercial deal(s) announcement on Lupuzor and CIDP involving an upfront payment would be a huge catalyst in pushing Immupharma's share price through the Immupharma warrants price take-up level of 4p .

So many potential drivers in the pipeline but as ever we await delivery.

Some nibbling today which is encouraging.

Wildbunch, most of the posters here are genuine investors and I for one am a very large shareholder for nearly 10 years so we welcome your views .

It looks everyone has left the board which is understandable given the total lack of newsflow.

With the Incanthera warrants expiration date of close of business tomorrow, Tim will have to come out of the bunker and inform the market of Immupharma's intentions/ action regarding the warrants today or tomorrow.

Investors in Immupharma need information asap on what's happening in the company.

Maybe we will get it by tomorrow.

We could do with some good news on the FDA approval of KartX in the coming weeks to stop the relentless daily share price drops since the Tender Offer.

The KartX approval must be a near certainty or otherwise has BMS thrown away $14billion on buying Karuna.

I am utterly perplexed at the current market cap of Puretech at just £380m .

Here's another beauty from Sophie Rose, Senior reporter from Alliance News..Grant revenues fell to $288M from $2.4b .

Meanwhile it posted no contract revenues after reporting $750m a year earlier.

This is utter garbage and bares no relationship to Puretech.

She must have been on heroin when she wrote this piece of s hite.

If people read this rubbish they say Puretech is a total basket case which it is obviously not.

Puretech is valued at near its cash value with Royalty income from KarXT set to reach a minimum of $400m to $600m over the next 10years or sooner and LYT-100, Seaport, Vedanta, Gallop and other opportunities valued ar zero

Read the garbage again and note losses of $billions

and no mention of the huge cash resources of Puretech plus reduced R&D spend after setting up Seaport and Gallop with only late stage expenditure on LYT-100.

The KarXT FDA approval is a certainty otherwise BSM have lost $14 billion .

The royalties from KarXT are assured in my view and LYT-100, Vedanta and other investments could be mega.

The cash burn is reducing rapidly and major institutional investors are applying the pressure now.

The new Board has to deliver within the next 6 months otherwise another large Pharma will take Puretech out.
