I am a long time investor in the markets (50+ years) and have been wrong many times but have had some great winners too.

I intend to follow my judgement and instinct in Puretech by buying as much as I can at these crazy levels.

I want to get a holding of 250 ,000 shares in the next few weeks as I don't think I have seen such an opportunity in my lifetime (72 years)

If I am wrong put it down to my dotage!

The royalties from Royalty Pharma of $400m over the coming years plus 2% of KartX royalties over$3b for 10 years are enough to justify the current SP.

Add current cash of c$350m plus Seaport, Gallop, Vedanta plus our potential $2 billion LYT-100 drug programmes et al.

If I am missing something it must be buried so deep that no-one can see it.

I am absolutely confident that based on my analysis of the large sales of the past 2 days including todays late reporting of c7m sales from yesterday that Lanstead has sold all or most of its 28m shares possibly in anticipation of taking up its 70m warrants at 2p.

If confirmed this is great news as Lanstead had at one stage nearly 23% of the company and were partly responsible for driving the share price to c1p by selling in order to reduce its monthly obligations to Immupharma based on the base price of 2.6p .

I fully expect a TR-1 Form RNS next week.

The end of Lanstead's influence on the share price will drive the SP much higher as the warrants shares of 70m will be paid for albeit at 2p and any selling by them will be easily absorbed very quickly as newsflow

escalates in the coming weeks.

The days of Immupharma having to resort to Lanstead funding are thankfully over even though they did provide funding during a difficult time for Immupharma.

The exercise of the 22m warrants by Alora will be a major catalyst and support a rise in the SP as funding is secure for at least 12 months and our major US Pharma partner is increasing its shareholding.

Hopefully I am right but I have been wrong before..doh!

For what it is worth, I piled in again today and bought another 30,000 shares at £1.40 .

This anomaly cannot continue much longer imho

Unless we are all mad some significant upward valuation adjustment must be imminent.

Agreed but if Alora Pharmaceuticals takes up its warrants , it will cement the relationship with Immupharma even further.

Alora bought c11m shares 3 years ago in Immupharma at 11p.

Avion Pharma , our US Partner , who is committing $25m to the Phase Lupus trials , is one of Alora Pharmaceuticals Group's 7 operating subsidiaries, all based in the US .

Art Deas the CEO and a large shareholder in the privately owned Alora Group , is firmly committed to supporting Immupharma in bringing the Lupuzor drug to the market where they will hold the US rights.

Depending on volume I would expect Lanstead to dump a large part of its warrants shares but good riddance as I hope Immupharma never has to resort to Lanstead for funding again.

Thankfully we are now moving forward to a brighter future where the company will have ample financial resources to achieve its objectives.

As the share price has gone through 4p , the 2p warrants held by Lanstead ( 70m) and Alora Pharmaceuticals ( 22m) are now eligible for exercising giving Immupharma funding of c£1.8m which will cover over 1 year of overheads.

I expect an announcement early next week on the warrants.

Those who are suggesting an imminent placing are unscrupulous and untrustworthy imho.

Immupharma will reward serious investors if they do their research and analysis.

Remember Immupharma is in partnership with the French CNRS , one of the worlds largest scientific research institutes employing 33,000 of which 28,000 are scientists and with an annual budget of c€5 billion.

Dr Muller who discovered the P140 Peptide drug formulations while working at the CNRS, is still associated with the project particularly with the Immupharma French research facility in Bordeaux.

The CNRS will get royalties on the successful commercialisation of the P140 programme.

The CNRS is an immensely valuable supporter of Immupharma.

You will all be pleasantly surprised and reassured.

With the SP rise today the market cap is now £14m not £10m but my points remain valid

The only concern is a predatory bid as Immupharma doesn't have a major shareholder (s) with the Share Register made up of mainly private investors.

Also the deferred tax losses of over £50m have an non discounted value to any profitably acquirer of c £10m...the same as our market cap.

So clearly, given the news today Immupharma must be valued at considerable more than the £10m market cap.

I am very confident that the warrants will be exercised by Lanstead and Alora Pharmaceuticals within a week or so thereby giving Immupharma funding for at least another 12 months during which all will be revealed.

So at 3.5p the SP looks decidedly undervalued imho

The mistake we all have made in the past is not to take some profits particularly in AIM listed shares

So if we get a good run here, the best option is, if you are in profit, top slice an amount equal or close to your original investment and let any profit ride so no stress or regrets no matter what happens.

Losing a large part or all of your investment is the real sickener as I know to my cost in the past.

Still a ways to go here imho but make your own decision particularly if you are lucky to be in profit or significantly reducing any losses you are carrying.

Now nearer 6m after recent top ups

I am not far behind you in number of shares held .

Hopefully at long last our patience and belief in Immupharma will be rewarded.

The issue of 70m shares to Lanstead and 22 m shares to Alora Pharmaceuticals, our $ 2billion valued US partner, under the 2p warrants granted in the 2023 fund raise is contigent on the share price reaching 4p resulting in a cash injection of c£1.8m.

In addition the monthly funds receivable from Lanstead under the fund raise will increase dramatically if the SP is over the benchmark price of c2.6p for the remainder of the Agreement to August 2025.

Also any commercial deals will bring in significant upfront cash payments.

There is still the prospect of Incanthera sorting out the patent issues which could revive our warrants in this company.

I suspect Lanstead has cleared its current holding today to allow it to finance the warrants uptake which looks very favourable for them at the moment.

The recent appointments of the new CFO and the world top 10 Accounting firm, Crowe LLP as Auditors were significant favourable indicators of the dramatic events apparently now unfolding.

I am a very significant long term investor in Immupharma ( 8 years) and my only concern is that we are taken out by an opportunistic bid .

Puretech would break your heart.

Here 5 years and despite $150m buybacks and KarXT royalties, Vedanta, Seaport, Gallop and $350m in cash the SP is near all time lows and market cap barely above cash.

Dispiriting stuff.

Given the c23% spread it is clear that the MMs have closed the shop pending some news/ investor interest.

I guess you either believe that management is working flat out to achieve its near term goals or there is zero activity taking place which is what Mr Market is saying at a SP of 1p and a market cap of £ 4.5m.

I agree that the SP could bolt much higher on positive news but selling at 1p is , in effect , throwing in the towel before we have all the facts.

I continue to hold for what it is worth

Somewhat comforting as well is that the new Auditors, Crowe LLP are a major top 10 International

Accounting and Advisory firm with global revenues of c $4 billion.

Crowe LLP would have done significant due diligence before becoming the Auditors which again is reassuring.

I wonder is Crowe LLP the Auditor of Alora Pharmaceuticals Group..I will check.
