RE: Closing price today?27 Jan 2025 20:25
For those newbies who don't understand the Lanstead Agreement the base SP is 2.6p so when the SP is below 2.6p Lanstead pays a monthly payment based on the % below the 2.6p denominator and base monthly payment of £44,000.
However if the SP is above the denominator SP of 2.6p the payments increase exponentially.
Example at the current SP of 5.5p the monthly payments rise to £90,000 .
At say 8p the monthly payments rise to c £130,000 per month.
If the SP goes to say 13p the monthly payments go to
C £240,000 until the end of August 2025.
The share price has to stay above 4p for 5 consecutive business days for the 2p warrants to be exercisable.
So even if Lanstead and Alora exercise at 2p and the SP is say 8p Lanstead will do well but will be paying
Immupharma 8 months × £130,000 = c1.04m plus the the payment for the warrants of £1,4m totalling £2.44m.
