Very impressive

Bought another 9,000 shares at £1.45 ish .

Definitely last one and now the waiting game continues.

I have been invested here for nearly 6 years so hopefully my patience will be rewarded.

I feel like I am the only one buying at the moment with a pitiful volume of trades yet again.

Strange you should say Puretech could reach a market cap of $10b as I recollect Dyphne Zohar suggesting such an initial valuation over 4 years ago in an interview.

She also said that she wanted Puretech to be a US top 10 Pharmaceuticals company within 10 years .

Around 4 years ago the SP was c£4.2 .

Hard to believe the current SP after all the progress since then.

Perplexing that the market still shrugs and ignores the good newsflow.

Neither we are all stupid or the market is totally wrong about Puretech's valuation.

I suspect this mispricing will be dramatically corrected very soon.

At least I hope so.

I am in big in Puretech with nearly 200,000 shares at a breakeven of c £1.50.

Running out of funds but I will buy a few more and then sit and wait.

Last big punt for me as I am getting very old now but excited by the prospect of a major rerating of Puretech

in the short-term.

Following Seaports recent ( October 2024) fundraise of $225m , Forge Global put a valuation of c $750m for Seaport post the funding round.

Pitchbook has a valuation of over $1b which should increase after today's announcement from Seaport.

Again this is illustrative of the bizarre mispricing of Puretech's shares by the markets

Surely this anomaly cannot continue for much longer.

Potential is enormous in Seaport but the market nods and goes back asleep .

In for another 5,000 at c £1.44 at 11.32am

Extremely low volume trading in the shares at the moment.

I will keep buying at these levels , funds permitting, and hope I have got this one right.

However you never know in the Stock Markets.

I have been invested in Puretech for over 7 years now and have witnessed the great progress made during that time from a business development perspective but sadly not in an increase in shareholder value despite the $150 m share buybacks and the reduction in the number of shares in issue by c80m to 240m .

Share price near historic lows and nothing seems to push it ahead even the great news on Cobenfy and the hundreds of millions of $ in Royalties to Puretech now becoming a reality plus cash on hand of c$350m, Seaport, Vedanta and the smaller founded companies plus Puretech's in-house potential blockbuster drugs LYT-100/200 and Gallop et al.

I am certain this unique market anomaly will not last much longer and I will buy more at these absurd levels

Patience is required but it is nonetheless tough to see no movement in the SP month after month.

Amazing lack of interest by investors in Puretech with trade volumes declining dramatically since the company exited the FTSE 250.

I continue to add and bought another 10,000 shares at 11.55am at c1.46p.

One day we will be vindicated , I hope.

Interesting to note that Incanthera entered into an Agreement to sub licence the Immupharma Nucant cancer therapy in its suncream Sol but the Agreement was terminated as Incanthera had no funds to fulfil the Agreement in 2020 or around that time I think from memory.

Nucant cancer programme I should say.

I said I would not post again but Investors should know about the Immupharma Nucent cancer programme which was originally developed in its French subsidiary, Eureka Pharma which was then merged with another subsidiary Elro Pharma which was involved in the Peptide technology into a new company, Eureka Pharma France which was subsequently incorporated as Immupharma Biotech France now managed by the excellent scientist and inventor of many of the groundbreaking technologies, Sebastian Goudreau (and his team )who is now a Director of Immupharma.

The Nucent cancer programme was first highlighted in 2020 but no further news releases have been made since.

So if progress has been made in this exciting area then maybe that is what McCarthy is referring to as a few surprises to come .

The operation in Bordeaux is the fulcrum of the recent groundbreaking announcements imho and it is interesting that Sabastien Goudreau is moving centre stage and attending the US Biotech Conferences.

You will note that in all my , hopefully , informative posts, I have not encouraged anyone here to buy Immupharma's shares.

All I have done to give factual background information which many of the newbies didn't do research on.

I keep telling my sons that a profit in the Stock Market should be treasured and don't be greedy.

That advice applies to the newbies here.
