I see a reduction in capital coming now .. I struggle to find any other reason for the delay

Confirmation statement in this morning ... with the same statement as last year ... I see a glimmer of hope

"I confirm that all information required to be delivered by the company to the registrar in relation to the confirmation period concerned either has been delivered or is being delivered at the same time as the confirmation statement"

Standard message so lets see if any directors detail changes are grinding through the companies house system ... if not ... the glimmer will be a little brighter

Hi Joe .. If I'm correct, the confirmation statement has more implications for the the directors personally .. and with the main shareholder/director resident in England .. I recon it will be done unless we are in the deep do do .. hopefully what ever it is that they are doing is positive for us as well

Confirmation Statement date is tomorrow the 14th and due by the 28th ... I will be breathing easier if that goes in with no changes

I know everyone is focused on what is happening on the ground and the operational rns's that we are given ... but I feel that my prospect of making on this is down to what is going on in the background after the family deciding to change the direction in 2023 ... I think the plan is in place and has been tested ... I hope that we are just a Stepping Stone away

The deal was I thought 7 million due on operational license transfer ... but we have not been told that's done ... so why would AR pay early ?

Let's hope gov approval for the AR deal was done in conjunction with the WS .. then news of completion could be tomorrow ... if not then another stop date early next week ... either way .. I think it's a deal done and we may have to wait.

More importantly ... can the new investor bring a mud mix that works to the deeps ... I bet they think they can

Doesn't the AR money go to BNG llp Ltd ? Now defined as 99% owned by Caspian Sunrise PLC (previously described as “wholly owned”) ... I guess Caspian can then decide to leave the money in there or move it out before 50% ownership of BNG llp ltd is effectively sold to the “Investor” leaving Caspian as a 50 or 49% co-owner.

I’m curious why they would announce the possible sale of 50% of BNG llp Ltd before the AR deal is completed or dropped … could it be a hurry up ?
