Major shareholders have to declare as they go through each percentage after 3% both on the way up and on the way down. So Ashworth would have to notify at 5%, 4% and 3%. Below 3% they no longer have to notify.
That's the theory and most entities stick to it. However, it is not unknown for these notifications to take place once the intended block has been sold, so they could go from 5% to nothing without an notification as they reason that it is all one transaction.
I would say that, scanning through the recent transactions, they look like PIs doing the buying and selling currently.
