Dummy trading was probably one of the best tips I was given, to highlight the traded spread, and today the availability of shares, and available order sizes, still getting NT, between receiving quotes to buy..

Tight hands so far, I guess everybody sees plenty of potential

I guess what the feel fit, so now its a game of nerve for us, price is holding on fridays close even though been getting NT on 100k shares, still NT on 600k, at least 5 maybe up to 10 minutes now

seeing NT to buy , on 100k, and above, so not sure why some are selling at the current bid..

With no update, could get people pushing its 10 days to clean up, as unclearly indicated in 1st update on clean up..
At best there are fitting production tubing, not sure if a liner requires cementing, so setting time.
Then I guess it needs perforating, and maybe clearing of perforation debris

Plenty of other exploration companies managed to raise funds through placing and include their retail investors,
even complete accelerated book builds, with an open offer..

Assuming a discovery, with the valuations given I would expect further funding to come from something like debt financing, forward sales, and maybe joint ventures to maintain dilution to a minimum..

Maybe a joint venture with a company like exxonmobil , for their expertise,

Latorre, if they did'nt feel they needed it then the standard 100m would be fine, and there would be no need to expect everyone to waive their right to shares issued at a discount, to maintain their share of the company..

Dilution is something we have to live with, but not paying a premium for others discounted he1 shares

I guess it also depends on the terms and conditions, such as how much time a company is given to pay back in cash before the shares can be sold to market.. Some can sell those shares whenever..
