DM had a history of saying things,
I recall DM, telling us ....
He was working on the completion of a MOU, Feb 2022, nothing came of it
Another party pulled out of rig sharing, because of availability
He1 were leading contenders for a rig from Texas, confident too, nothing came of it
So to say the market has softened and he had spoken to who ever , is just that..probably, might be lucky

But Cluff have a field ready rig, and both companies have worked together previously, DM even claimed he was going to supervise the mast up, so real close...
Maybe thats coming our way.. could be thats who DM was on the phone to, just needs a womans charm..
