@ART, looking at the presentation it looks like they will be drilling about 1km from Tai-1
Page 7, the work program shows they are drilling Well 1, which is shown on page 8.

Mmmm, won't be long before the 2023/2024 allocation is available, thats what resolution 5 was about, 225m with no need to vote, and no pre-emption rights
I also thought they did not have to vote on the 1st 100m, since the 1st raise just happened, that was £10m, raised from 100m shares ?

Maybe someone in the know can clarify
But I believe they can still raise, using the standard 100m, and for extra its needs approval

Same line really, and no names mentioned, so I paid no attention..
I don't see why two or more companies considering sharing a rig requires secrecy

Well Micru, its those same people that surrounded DM, and same story as this time last year..
Lets just hope his decisions were that fine line between success and failure, so it all now tips in our favor

I doubt DM was making all the decisions on his own, maybe had the final word, but it should have all been based on feed back from his experts.. If he was then you have to ask what all the others were doing,..

there is nothing to say they will hit those levels again,
they will need to raise at a high before spud, just in case investors take profits at that point,,
then they will have enough to get them to he next raise

I suppose they could change plans, drill two exploration wells, hope one has shows, then return to test later

Did'nt see much trading activity during the meeting, so no rush of buyer or sellers...so thats good..

Made me a little angry, talking about not flying business class to save costs when DM got £40k
also spending money else where on the project, yet still a single **** or bust drill,
If they removed resolution 5 totally , then raising enough for another drill is going to be tight..
And drilling just 1 prospect has other possible implications..

Well the 5.395p were there long, but I dont see any buys going through any higher..
IOG constant 5p to buy, so tempting as stable, and a low point in so many ways
He1, tempted sub 5.4p...but that price seems to have gone..for the moment

Matd, I am not sure what the share price could reach on that exploration drill, but it is Matd,
But it is also a spud, and EOG price fell from mobilisation

What does Tro & Horult think?

If its just niceties, so leaving unanswered questions, and nothing of substances.. maybe we will just continue in this range as the price has had time to settle knowing there is unlikely to be a rig drilling in H1.
At least doing nothing avoids another cash raise, until late year lol
