On the radio, guy just won £6k, but had a choice to give it up and enter the £1m draw..
The guy talked about a house and this and that..
But took the £6k, and then said it will make a nice family holiday..
So he did'nt need the money, and gave up probably the best chance of his life to win £1m, for a holiday..soon to be forgotten..mad

So time to sit back and relax, and even take some opportunities to help build a holding..
Maybe buy the dips, and sell...or other opportunities
dips, buy 100k at say 5p, sell at 5.2p, that's £200, once a month, adds up..
Do that 5 times, then £1000, or £1000 more shares which again could double in value, ...

@smallfishbigpond, I had a warming feeling yesterday before close, on that update, took a chance, and again 1st thing, but I think yesterdays pump and dump has made people nervous...which makes me nervous ;)

I just been dummy trading, large sell get less than smaller..
but selling matches my morning buy, bought at 0.707,
Yesterday I had that RNS tomorrow feeling, so bought back what I sold..

so at the moment spread appears to be 0.707/0.723..
After yesterdays sell off, I have two charts up..
1 hour so I see the volume total,--- 24.334m in 30minute, typical hourly average 19.5
5 minutes, where its now looking slow, after the 1st 15 minutes

So the clean up is done, doubled up..thought it would move faster after yesterdays rally
But not sold my losers, such a hoarder :(

Just read a link suggesting a special resolution is needed if issuing to new investor(implying not for existing)
, then another issuing new share in general requires a vote...

But I suppose no need to read up on this until next year now :)

Well this complicated for the unknowing...

The most common types of secondary issue in the UK are rights issues, open offers and placings.
Rights issues and open offers are pre-emptive public offers,
while Placings are issues of new shares to selected subscribers only,

Looks like there is an annual limit, above which approval is need for placings, looks to be 5%
A recommendation of 15% -18% for open offers, above which a rights issues with no limits is preferred

Phase 2, £10m with 200m shares at 5p in Nov 2022

So start of next year, a new trading year, 2023, your saying they have no shares that can be allocated for a fund raise with out a vote ?

Mmmm, won't be long before the 2023/2024 allocation is available, thats what resolution 5 was about, 225m with no need to vote, and no pre-emption rights, but now that will be just 100m ?
I also thought rightly or wrongly they did not have to vote on 100m, based on the fact the 1st raise just happened, and that was £10m, raised from 100m shares ?
