Why the drop?

I believe Noble are drilling exploration wells and abondoning, while He1 said they were finishing Tai as a production well.

Also He1 are spending, or were spending £2.05m on formation testing, while Noble are opting for the Mini-DST option which sounds to be similar to He1's exploration well testing where new appraisal wells were to follow.

Still there are the originally planned wells, Mbuni, kasuku, and Itumbula..

@KeithOz, PRD, they just passed the special resolution, waiving pre-emptive rights, and allowing up to 200,000,000 new shares..

So when do these become available, as yesterdays raise needed some innovation, and why the prospectus ?

I am not sure its just stop losses, when you see a bad 7am RNS, the price appears to be what the MM decides and the panic sellers accept, they seem to often take it way below what the buyers are willing to pay, thats why it recovers..

I remember DELT, on some good news the price gapped up way too much on open, and it did'nt hold at all, well spiked.

I believe contracts can be amended, maybe have clauses with or without Noble, so if that rig was ready, and He1 could go it alone with SOFORI it should be mobilised firstly to Tai, and then if agreed to Nobles sites..

Time wise probably can still drill into early November.

This raising shares is all confusing, I believe waiving pre-emptive rights simply means they can offer new shares to any investor, instead of giving current investors first refusal..

So not waiving does'nt mean they cant raise, or offer to new investors, as long as those first in the queue get offered..

He1 seemed to include the pre-emptive rights and extra share allocation in the same resolution, so both options got voted out.. If they were 2 individual votes may have been different.. Maybe they combined them hoping the one would push the other through..

but looks like these buys have changed the trend for today, 4 consecutive buys, timing ,size and price, looks like a group of pals committing £10k each, who knows?

My concern is that now SOFORI only have two wells to drill this year, 3rd requires Noble to raise.. and He1 raise for a 4th
