I think the fact is Noble said the JV was going progressing, suddenly it was a raise so even when you think you know whats going on you dont..

But if they said the JV fell through before the raise, there would have been many selling to buy back cheaper..

There must be some agreement if both make a discovery, neither would want another Invictus,

NHE said they are "committed" to drill 2 wells, and add to that they said the funds would be used to drill 1 well and order long lead items for second..

Not sure QED are capable of getting things moving before the competition, its a deadline they can probably keep pushing back. The POC was supposed to start no later than December yet there is no agreement to produce the fuel needed for the trial....

All confusing, I also thought the shares were to be listed on 27th July, as it was given as an issue date and originally August for Tranche 2 approval, so a second listing date..

And I can sell my holding today, unlike yesterday when I tried..

QED, What a game, almost breakeven , while others have doubled their money in less than 3 weeks...

I see He1 BB full of doubt now, Noble ratifying Tranche 1 has some think the funds are not approved, the drilling pad construction is not enough reassurance, and the rig comment about maintenance just before the boat is not exactly reassuring...

But 6.2p, means I can sell my EOG at a loss, and pickup 100,000 He1 wth an easy 30% on rig signing...

All you have to do make it look legit is buy some survey, remaster it, hire a drill to make it look legit, unless you cant get a drill

Maybe paid is the wrong word, but tranche 1 exchanged, shares for cash, so at least Noble have the funds..
