If the development is negative, and it can be kept from public knowledge then they can keep hush while its resolved.. You dont want millions wiped off the market cap when the issue has good chance of being sorted..

The Utah update, 1st revenue from licensing, there is legal dispute over the exploitation rights, and the licensee has no Msar customers.. ?

Also the update on the spare part, out of character, did'nt expect that, they did'nt announce start of testing ..

MOU-3 they never gave any Net sands(gas baring) just gross ?

Not much info given about the tests performed ?

I remember 88e, saying their SMD sands were as expected, but Net was something like 95ft, while at another location were sands look 1/2 the total thickness, Net was something like 380ft..

Maybe the gross was expected but the Net certainly was'nt my expectation, cant trust them

88e looks real tight 0.35/0.355, I hope thats the bottom..

I think they are'nt confident enough to test Mou-3 or Mou-1 and are hoping MOU-4 hits the sweet spot

After drilling Mou-3 share price moved up to 13p over a few days, so speculation is on a discovery even though testing has been moved to a later date..

Fund raise at 10.5p announced day after TD announced, to drill Mou-4..

So another spud, and must be speculation of a discovery, as brokers value 15p, on Mou-3 discovery..

Now moving onto MOU-4...Rig is'nt an issue..

I3e, Divi is cut and production forecast down from 23000, to 20-21000 boepd

EOG, is one of those, a couple of large trades either way shifts the price, trouble is you dont know which way its going to move..MM making plenty on the spread..

He1 still has the story, but if drilling 2 wells this year does'nt cut it for SOFORI, and thats the delay its going back to 5p, unless more funds come from somewhere.. He1 have burnt 6/7 months cash since last raise, so dont have any spare cash

I dont think anybody really listens to him, as always baseless, if he pushed some facts, then he would be a problem..

Look at a few of the guys on He1, One that has been pushing the contract is about to be signed since Lorna became a CEO with reasoning to why, others giving reasons why the JV would be not need to go through Tanz Gov Dept approvals and would be swift, may have been right but I think they did'nt really know, others pushing the geology but not the associated risks... All considered top posters..

PREM those able to buy the low have done well, I still wonder if those early buyers have L2 direct access.. Maybe the MM take up the lows, restrict the buying until they get the price they want..
