Below the report threshold, do they need to report insider trades..

If in another jurisdiction again do they have to report, never seen a Tr1 for He1...

Take a look at the sat images for the 25th and 30th, can you see any changes in the track to the pad, try infra red too..

I dont see any although skittish posted images that do, I dont know if this is browser related.

The plan was to evaluate the test results of MOU-3, and MOU-1 before drilling MOU-4..

No Net Sands given after logging MOU-3, just gross, and the focus is now on the next drill, so moving testing back..

Surely if they were confident they would want that discovery under their belt..

@Latorre, The Markets, you should take a look at PRD fever..

They were drilling their 3rd well. price was drifting lower, and lower,, Told no update until TD.

They did an, early announcement, raised gas pressure. Then cased the area, just like He1..

After TD, change of plan, decided to test after drilling the next well, ?

Price is flying on speculation of discovery..

Its a real thriller..

I am thinking another $3m for the 3rd Well(nobles 2nd) is needed, which is what everybody was expecting and Noble keep touting even though they are funded for 1..

PRD have been raising, including long lead items for the next drill, then raising again to pay for the drill, lots of small raises..but forever changing their story...like not testing MOU-3 until after MOU-4 is drilled???

Maybe thats Nobles plan, but they aint got the rig on location yet, unlike PRD..

Could see sub 5p, if the silence continues, as it shows He1 cant go it alone,

They aint going to hold us to ransom, we have'nt come up with the money for 3 drills, even after the money has been approved.. Noble have said the funds cover 1 drill, long lead items and the costs of the placing..

Buying $1m does make it sound nailed on, but maybe so is the ramp if he can sell in that period..

I wonder if he can hedge that bet, and simply breakeven on a duster..

Get the kids pre-school trading, get them a 212 account, load it up, and see if they teach you a thing or two ;)

Trouble is as it stands , thats 1 well for Noble and 1 for He1, if SOFORI are expecting 3, it might not be good enough, thats going to be something like $2-3m less than they were expecting...

Noble telling us the boat end of month, probably what SOFORI were expecting, but Noble wont have the cash until approved(if) end of July..

If the LOI was for 3, they might kick us into touch, especially if they have other work..

For He1 to be able to get an alternative rig in 8 weeks, to drill Q3, unlikely..

Trouble is we are clueless to that LOI, and have absolutely no idea whats happening..

Its looking like Noble have been taking note of He1s dastardly deeds, and doing likewise..

What is really encouraging is Shaun wanting to buy $1m of the placing shares, probably getting the cash shorting He1 at the moment, and then going long when they break any good news..

Well I cant say how much is the bank, as I have not looked,

It was $3m March 31st, but they probably need that to run the business..

Can anybody work out why Tranche 2 did not raise enough money to drill the second well..?

Unlike Tranche 1, this tranche required approval, for just $4.6m, so why not approve enough to for the second drill..!

The doc talks about the limits raising without share holder approval, but not limits with approval so I cant figure out if they issued the full amount of shares available or failed to raise enough interest..

if passed the 1st Tranche will be classed as an approved raise , releasing the allocation they took up as unapproved, so I guess they can raise again later, but I cant figure out the approved limits

All this could be the delay, as only $7,824,999 has been funded until Tranche 2 is approved($4,620,001), and that is still short of 2 wells.. At the moment Noble dont have enough in the bank to show they can pay SOFORI for 1 drill, and I guess the original contract was for 2..

Maybe have a look at Portfolios list, and cross compare, to narrow down some candidates

LBE, might be getting $16m, on completion of JV, thats more than its MC, then another $4m on an acquisition, and up to $30m depending on size of discovery(if) Q3 drill.....

If thats the case they have been in a closed period since Feb 2022, when they were working on the completion of a MOU, for a contract we never heard a single detail, then the Texan Rig, then the Predator, and.......

@Skittish, I dont see any difference in the road 25th-30th using natural colour, Sent-2 L2A, I am using an old Mac, , the road, some field characteristics, yours are showing changes, that mine dont show.. odd ?

This well was supposed to be finished for production, so I would expect the road and pad wont need clearing away unless its designated a duster, so its already for whenever the rig turns up,
