Yesterday the sp hit 13p, 2p below the brokers 15p on discovery, with testing of both wells... seems too much to pay when there has been been no discovery...And those guys buying the placing shares now have to deal with the price falling on raise announcement(10.5p) unless they were forward sold, and the risk of people taking profits, especially those in at sub 6p...

He1 never produced a prospectus, anyone know why PRD have to go down this route while He1 did'nt need to?

Interesting PRD seem to be delaying testing, until after an updated CPR which should be published to coincide with prospectus?

PRD, Just raised using directors shares, looks like they had orders ?

They still dont have headroom to issue, but held their AGM end of May, Its just about H2, so when does the new headroom become available ?

Why accept 1.64p, when share price was ~ 0.64p ? unless you were given a sweetener
