I think it was around 10p anticipating permit, now the funding is said to be formally agreed therte must be anticipation of sign off.. but I am not sure if market be in anticipation or lets hold off until signing mode....

Now the price means the company can legally raise, not sure how it affects the conditions of the debt facilities drawdowns......

Nov 4th £200k placing plus £300k drawn from £1m debt facility, no further drawdowns mentioned but were they conditional as 1st was conversion at 8p with 3 years , while price trended down....??

There is also the issue of the share s face value being 5p and raising below that value, so maybe once 5p returns the £!m raise will come lol...

Thats seperate to Hussar, and for their CTP venture which agrees another well gets the funding priority..

MM pushing the price now on very low volume, it should be illegal, up 53% now yet only 4.5m volume.... 1.9m pushing it from 3p dip to 4p

Take a look at the linkedin post on BB for the big event thats building up but dont dive in without reading up, as floor was 0.5p

Dip has formed at 3p, but taken too long so maybe its where it will settle..

I gues as its formal it needs to be signed with details of the funding facility to confirm any changes such as cash commitment from GEX if any......thats when it will likely move, but I bet a small raise is due of the back of this

Also its mentions funding facility which is the term used for a CLN or other form of loan, while usually a company states fully funded in return for somthing like 20% interest, ...

Last placing had poor turnover and dropped below placing price, would be worth checking to see if the price rallied near the expected news date, for some reason I suspect it did not, need to check.... but the fact they just wanted african data sets I guess the rest was okay, unless there is sometrhing else I missed, other than securirty... NY state has taken it ??

looks like MM are playing games, although nuying is weak just 10.5m traded so far today the just popped ask 1.15 for some poor buyer.. bid was 1.05..... while writing its changed to bid/ask 1.0/1.10....

If these are forward sold shares I would guess a broker has commited to the placing otherwise they are selling shares that wont exist, unless they have spare on books or loaned some or something
