It seems Harl have a director which is a shell not person.. the person in control matt, is a director of a shell linked UAE and H Kong, claims to be a family office , so this could be the link to the $25m funder...

I think he is suggesting that 17-35m shares is peanuts, just 1 days volume, and thinks its likely to happen between 20-40p...

So I correctly predicted funding was due, but that he would raise rather than use debt..

if you could comfortably trade 5k shares, thats a £3k difference off similar value bounces and probably easy to buy or sell....Might be worth watching for the dips, playing the chart, and once you have a good success rate play for real

Gex has been touting both Halo and harlequin without stating their relationship, so some wil assume two competing for the off-take, while others assume part of the same group, others suspicious because there is no real understanding of either and no way to track that $9bn funder or confirm that $25m exits....

So it looks like a few directors resigned from Harl Energy ltd(HEL) and formed Harl Energy Group(HEG) which was later renamed Halo....

HEL includes amongst its directors Altitude Capital Management, another shell that has just one guy listed as a director.....maybe thats the link to the big funder.....

So this is likely way over peoples heads without seeing $25m in one of the shells accounts, I dont understand either,,,and GEX have already blurred the picture by touting two different companies with no explaination of their relationships.....

Add to the fact the guy cant be trusted, now they are progressing site repairs for at least the 2nd time only somebody else is paying

Twice today the MM walked the price to ~7.5p from about 6-5p

Once by delaying the £34k sell at the start of first walk up

then end of day they pushed the bid up from 6.5p to near 7p, before incrementing the Ask from 7-7.5p, then pushed up bid further on poor buying volume..

Add to the fact twice now GEX have pushed good news shortly before a raise, and market has churned 60m shares on a free float of 48m..... looks prime for 0.5-1m raise soon

Lost all todays gains, after lots of trolling and probably selling out incase morning uppdate is £1m raise lol...
