You can never tell how harsh the discount would. be.. Since it was a producer, and they had about $5m due I doubt it would been more than 20%.. so about 1.9p .... then 4p would be possible....
2,4p to 4p offers about 68%, but with funding through 100% to 4.8p has good chances..
While 3p, to 5p offers 68%, and pushing past that not so good...
Did you notice the negative posting each time the price was heading for a low, pointing out Colin does not perform. I wonder if they were loading up, as true to word the funder signed,, last year he said no fund raise, and there wasn't...
What he has'nt mention is the funding of the gas production,,
