Other companies active in the area include Desert Eagle Operating producing helium at Red Rocks, and Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL|OTCQB: BSNLF) developing helium discoveries at Galactica/Pegasus.

I think this has a good chance of being pumped with IPO price being first target, then that 19p peak... But you can never tell,,,

I remember ADV, Friday afternoon and a long NT to buy finally cleared after the price was increased, so I bought twice intended amount.. Then Monday the price dropped before rising

Might get some buying ahead of permit news, its probably a trading strategy for some..

Just had Santana frequently pushing an II sell off , so maybe a low has been created for those banking on a small rise to permit news ?

Looks like that one is about timing, and it is getting trolled all the time so BB must be off putting for anybody that drops in.

After Santa spending time pushing CSS off-loading 6.3m shares I expect it to be quiet for a few days and maybe if there is no evidence of off-loading the price will climb

Real interesting that at 0.1p 20th Dec it announced a proposal for a fund raise for £3m subject to approvals, and other conditions..

It closed up 50% after peaking at 100%.... It broke that peak 3 days later

That goes against everything I have observed

They were part of a bridging loan, I think granted for extending the pay back period.. I guess without those guys the company would struggle..

The RNS stated they were locked in until Jan, but the IPO doc suggested they were locked in for 6 months from 1st day of trading, so that would be Jan 30th.. CSS issued a Tr1 showing their 7% holding when those shares were listed, but have not issued anything to suggest selling... But for the day those shares listed that chart shows a big increase in volume suggesting they were being sold off, unless the herd were buying on the back of that Tr1, but that means people did'nt read that lock-in ends Jan..

This game is so crooked we can only guess lol

But if they have already been sold then there is a greater chance of the price climbing once the scare fades, which would make this a good opportunity... That Tr1 doesn't support the forward selling theory very well.. But He1 never issued an Tr1 after a point..

While the chart suggests those shares were sold on listing day, before the lock-in period ended, the associated Tr1 was issued by CSS on listing day.. That confuses the conspiracy theory...

Any thoughts ?

although GEX is main market.

Those 6.3m shares were listed Thursday 21 Nov, coincidently the share price and volume rallied into the weekend ?

May have spotted Forward selling of the 6.3m shares issued from warrants at nil consideration...

Santa has been shouting 6.3m shares would be dumped today, although I believe the lock-in expires end of month...

Anyway the 6.3m converted shares were listed 21 Nov, and that same day both price and volume spiked hi 10.9p, vol ~4m, with a total 12m trading over 4 days, so how's that for price manipulation ..

He1 are tricky, last year wiped out their LTH with a massively discount placing at 0.25p, after announcing the raise in advance at about 3p...all just before it multi-bagged, really suspect

That 12 months of funding statement was put out a while back and comes with caveats.. If they decide to drill this year in Tanzania they will need to raise big

If anybody wants something to hedge against GEX then maybe Zephyrs up and coming drill...

Last year they successfully drilled a discovery that blew out previously, share price reached +5p.. Shortly they are drilling a lateral extension, price is mid 3p.....

But you know the risks..

Don't be tempted by that 12m funding, its likely needs back dating

Looks like the market has forgotten the history of missing deadlines by years, and the company is running low on cash..
